This is the ballsiest I've seen anyone be around Martha, Seth is a brave man. And I love watching him eat. They make a good pair, one loves to cook and the other loves to eat.

Seth and Martha have a great relationship, in case you dont know. She was on the show several times, especially whe she has a new cookbook. Seth was on Martha Stewart show many times too, back in mid 2000s. Moreover, Seth has visited her garden home on Maine several times. They once had an interview there.

You can make pizza without tomato sauce, although you would then usually use some sort of cream cheese instead. That is a very common thing in Italy. But really, you can make anything you like and just call it "pizza", there are no rules (:

Frir10 I know you can do that. But look at the pizza she pulled out from under the table. It definitely had some on it. So that's why I think she may have forgotten the sauce. Unless she intended to make 2 different pizzas.

Seth had so much trouble with spreading the dough because he didn't cover his fingers in flour. Martha was patient and Seth was funny.

I think it is a technique of slowing growth (didnt add enough salt to kill all yeast). I assume it produces a different flavor

Once the ingredients are combined yes; but it's not essential for a pizza dough. Different required texture.

Yes, that is true. But my reply was to "mipmipmipmip" an american tourist, that wanted a discount on his pizza in Rome and then wanted to complain in the comment section under a youtube video, that he didn't get a pizza discount in Rome, because he thought that all pizzas have tomatos.

I prefer non meat pizzas. I grew up with pepperoni or sausage and tons of cheese and heart burns. There are really good veggie pizzas.

Believe it or not, a lot of us foodies also enjoy comedy. I'll totes try this one out. My neighbor keeps giving me eggplants, and now I'll be able to use them instead of compost them. >_> Sorry, neighbor, I hope you don't see this. Although, I probably substitute the vinaigrette for a white sauce. I hate vinegar. It's the worst. The scent alone activates my gag reflex from several feet away. Gross.
