@Reinaldo Gomez Larenas Thanks for watching! Both of Goblins scenarios take some additional planning to get through whether its timing to minimize damage from flipping from Osborn to Goblin, or just dealing with so many encounter cards in the mutagen formula. A great villain to test the heroes! :)
Great playthrough, Dale. Fast play with really clean narration. One mistake I saw that no one mentioned was at 23:13. There are several reasons Agent 13 couldn't enter play this way. First, Quinjet requires she be an Avenger. Next Quinjet requires time counters equal to the "printed cost" of the ally, which is 3 and can't be discounted. Third, Quinjet allows you to "put into play" an ally from hand. Putting into play is not the same as playing, so you can't use Steve's Living Legend ally discount with Quinjet (or Make the Call, etc). Finally, if you could use Living Legend with allies that are "put into play", Red Dagger was the first ally put into play in the round, so you still couldn't use Living Legend with Agent 13. On the flip side, Ms. Marvel could have payed less for Nova, because he was the first ally "played" in the round! I'll also note that Avengers Tower is similar, in that it can't reduce Make the Call, Quinjet, or other "Put into play" ally costs. I realize it's been three months and you might already know this, but I thought your viewers might benefit from a comment. Great job on this video. I would be scared to film my games, knowing that I'd make so many errors along the way, and plod much slower than you while doing it! Thanks!
Thanks for the info! It helps me be a better player. For the most part, people understand mistakes happen, and are generally positive, like yourself, when explaining mistakes ... especially on cards that I misinterpret vs just missing something (because I typically play looking through or over a camera). :)

Confused about “indirect damage” at 16:40. It says each player but I thought indirect damage had to be split with your allies? Thanks for the playthrough!
@C K It can be split, but doesn't need to be evenly split. The main point for indirect damage is that you can't put 5 damage on a character that only has 1 health. You can put 1 damage on that character and the other damage must be split among characters that can actually take the damage being applied. Hope that helps, and happy gaming!
I know I’m a year late but I keep buying MC packs, and I’m hoping to get really into them soon. So one question, just after the 20 minute mark, was that a mistake? It looked like Cap drew the Shadows of the Past card, but you may have mistakenly thought it was for Ms. Marvel, and used her Get Behind Me to counter it? Or did I miss something?
@Scotty Cross It was a Hero Interrupt, and good to use for any "when revealed" treachery card. So no mistake ... although playing two-handed does up the chance for mistakes. :) Thanks for watching!

Great playthrough! One mistake, though. At 12:47 you used the hero action to discarding the goblin glider by using two energy resources, but Cap was in his alter-ego form. I'm still learning the game, so did I miss something?
All characters do not need to be in hero mode, just the hero playing the cards. So Ms Marvel discarded two energy resource cards while in hero form, so Goblin was not cheated ... this time. ;) Also note, that players can request actions from other heroes during their turn. There's a lot to keep track of (especially when playing as two characters). Good luck in your games!!
Hey great video, quick question. At 14:40 you get mad genius which seemingly should deal damage to your hero with least hit points (miss marvel) but you then choose to surge? Is surge always an option or am I missing an ability one of your other cards has?
@@DaletheCasualGamer I have another question for an encounter card called “Payoff” with a Hazard symbol on it. During the encounter stage, if I am dealt “Payoff” would I immediately have to draw another card that phase or does the hazard icon trigger next round?
I know I’m really late, but maybe this will help future people watching. I don’t think you can use living legend to pay 1 less for Agent 13 since you already played Red Dagger that round thus Agent 13 was not the first ally played this round. I think FFG clarified that if an ally is played while Cap is face up, you can’t later flip to Steve Rogers and use living legend that round.
Are you supposed to take the extra damage when moving from level 1 to level 2 goblin? I think he is entering play not being revealed but I am not sure, looking for insight?
@Louis Halbgewachs Unfortunately, Goblin is going to hit you again. From the rules reference, the "When Revealed" abilities will resolve for a new villain stage. Hope that helps, and good luck! :)

Great game! Very balanced between heroes and villain. The mandatory minor error this time is at 36:40 ^^ Cap shouldn't had taken that damage because it was in alter-ego form. A question, what sleeves are you using? At a glance they seems Dragon Shield clear.
Thanks for watching. I use Fantasy Flight sleeves. I’ve been using them forever and have been happy with them. As for the damage taken from Green Goblin II, it is applied to all players. Green Goblin I just damages players in Hero form. :)
Straight to the easy questions ... ;) No FAQ that I could find, but general consensus is the attack has been initiated, so finish the attack step, then flip over following the attack. Hope that helps, and happy gaming!

I tried to play two-handed solo tonight but had too much difficulty keep track of everything and making mistakes, plus I found that playing like that instead of playing Solo as Spidey kinda killed my immersion which is what I love about this game, I said that on the Facebook page and someone recommended me this boardgamegeek.com/thread/2302715/team-two-hero-one-handed-solo-variant , curious to know what you think of it
This is why I love "non-competitive" games (casual games). Make your own variants so you get the experience you want whether it's a minor change or something like the link you provided. FFG has been good responding to feedback and created the Rookie and Heroic modes. I'm still good with the Normal Mode and Expert Mode's. I've also gotten used to playing two-handed, and while I may discard into the wrong stack on occasion ... it's not so much about a win/loss, but about having a fun experience. Straight out of the box there are many ways to play, 1 to 4 heroes with 1 to 4 players. Normal, Expert, swap out scenario packs. I think this game has something for every play group or style. Once new content starts shipping in the US, I may try some true solo without changing the hero deck vs normal/standard villains. :) Thanks for watching!
