I hope marvel handles her handprint on her face well. It's used to represent missing and murdered indigenous women and Echo is indigenous.

Not an awesome character at all. She is Deaf. Being deaf means you can't sense incoming attacks that you can't see. Yet the writers/artists keep forgetting she is Deaf too. People face away from her talking, yet somehow she reads their lips. It's just stupidity...

Just a theory, but if hawkeye is happening at the same time as spiderman NWH, i think episode 5 and 6 will hint or just flat out show the multiverse snapping into one, kind of like how venom 2 ended and someone(s) will show their face(s) 🧐

Nah man, I tbh was a bit sceptic, but even if first 2 episodes are a bit "slow" if compared to other marvel ones, I have to say I've changed my mind. And probably just gonna be better and better for each ep. Thx for the vid. Great work my man, as per usual.

I'm still convinced to this day that Ronin was originally supposed to be Daredevil, but the moment fans figured it out, it was changed to Echo. Why...would she need man-padding? Didn't they know there is nothing hotter than a female ninja?! Also, Hawkeye is a breath of fresh air. Don't need to worry about how the adventures of the Hawkeyes will affect the multiverse or how will the cosmos collapse in on itself.

She explained, very straightforward in New Avengers, that she wanted to be like Daredevil: hide out in the open but be the ghost in terms of her identity. She told us how none of the underground cared about bragging their exploits drunkenly to the hot women at the club...giving her info to bring them down as Ronin; but they'd begin to suspect if a hot woman was taking them down.

I was thinking the same thing. ill give it a little time people willl wake up. Cox is doing a great job as Maya so far , I cannot wait to continue see her grow , she literally was created to compliment mat Murdocks disability Stan lee said when he created DD the blind community was in culture shock , they loved him and I feel with some more time echo could be one of those characters.

Shes gonna have her own later on. Unless marvel does a ms. marvel and changes her origin, you cannot have echo without kingpin and daredevil.

I haven't read the comic since it originally came out: Miya's father wasn't just an enforcer but a friend and partner of Wilson Fisk, he help Wilson claim the streets and one day word got back to Wilson that he was saying that he has every right to the title of Kingpin so Wilson took him out but before he died he made Wilson (his friend) promise to take care of Miya, which he did by sending her to the best private and finishing schools

I got the fact she could fight with anyone using their fighting style but most super heroes have powers and would easily have dispatched her because they would over power her with sheer force, with the exception of people like black widow, Hawkeye, etc more street level people

Really wish they hadn't ruined all sense of stakes in Hawkeye by not allowing anyone to be seriously injured, and not allowing anything bad or traumatic to happen to any of their female characters. The characters they brought over from Netflix were particularly poorly handled, and it's a royal shame.
