They complain when The Symbiote doesn't look like a Symbiote but when they show a Suit that Actually looks like he's got the Symbiote, People hate on it
I love how the suit looks now, that shit that’s on him is alien, the other suits don’t look bad, but I really like that they went their own direction with the suit, it still has some of the same designs we all know but with an added alien like flair to it.

Exactly the other suits I didn’t like because as a kid I was asking me myself why is the Symbiot suit not like alien in 2018 when people showed a fake picture of how the symbiot suit would look like I wasn’t hyped but when the showed how it would look I’m hype he can use tentacles I always imagined that

It's not even because I'm a stickler about the comics like a salty nerd, I'm just not a fan of the armor-plate looking parts of the armor and how just deformed and slimy it looks. Here's the thing though, I LOVE the way the symbiote surge suit looks because it's consistent, it's all goop. I don't like how the main one is like all over the place yk. @@alphax101-gaming2this is literally perfect I don't understand why people have such biased opinions that the suit looks so alien like? especially With the armor plating, the cloth version is pretty good but (at least to my knowledge am not sure) you can maybe change the suit to classic and it will probably be just like cloth, am not sure if every suit will have that feature (I doubt) but it is what it is.
I don't mind any and obviously narrative wise, for the way the game is trying to portray the symbiote, the Insomniac version works better but personally I prefer the Fabric versions more, stylistically. I just like it more, not everything is fueled by nostalgia.

@@alphax101-gaming2 true I mean in terms of design though. The eyes look just like the eyes in the comics and the spider symbol. Raimi black suit and TASM theoretical suit are nice but insomniac’s design resembles the original appearance. But you’re right about the suit itself does looking slimy.

This is just pure nostalgia at this point. If you think about it, Raimi’s black suit doesn’t make sense, why does it look like normal clothes on Peter but on Eddie, it straight up looks like an alien parasite. Insomniac created the perfect symbiote suit, for people that played the game, you know what I mean.
Agree, I love the detailing on the arms and back because it looks like tentacles wrapping around his arms to give him more muscle while on the chest it looks like the symbiote made armour plating for defence. it looks like it makes him stronger instead of just being fabric painted black

Insomniac did this better, from a far, it can look normal clothes but closer, it has this subtleness that it’s alien. Eddie’s suit below the head looks better in Raimi’s, it shows that it’s an alien.
You can give the same criticism in the game though. Why does the suit look like an actual "superhero" suit when Harry is going around as "Agent Venom", yet suddenly looks alien when Peter is wearing it? How come the suit can perfectly mimic a Tuxedo in the one mission with Peter in-game, yet when Peter is Spider-Manning normally, it doesn't want to look like part of his costume? Same thing. I'm of the opinion that the design is perfect only in the context of the Symbiote taking control over Peter, however in earlier moments it would make more sense for it to look less "Alien" as it's being more influenced by Peter's intentions. That would also coordinate with Harry going full "Venom" (and the look the Symbiote has on Harry at that point) , as the suit fully controls Harry at that point in the story.

i cant enjoy the insomniac suit cus of all the random lines, the other two look way better. plus i feel that it makes more sense for it not to look to alien like until late in the story because its trying to infiltrate peters body and disguise itself as something familiar to him.

I actually like that the black suit in Spider-Man 2 didn’t make the same mistake the Spider-Man 3 suit did and just made it a normal looking black suit. Like the Spider-Man 2 black suit actually looks like a simbiote why does everyone hate on it?!
I don't think people hate comes from it looking like a symbiote. It's the fact that it's way over designed with too many weird muscle plates and multiple textures. Insomniac has a bad habit of over designing their suits when they don't need to

Bro, insomniac's suit is literally so detailed, you can see how alien like it looks on Peters body, you need to appreciate just how well the suit looks like when it comes to it looking like a Symbiote
The Insomniac one is a great call back to the actual comics and the 90s animated series. It's an alien being trying to emulate a suit, it isn't cloth, it shouldn't look like cloth or anything we're familiar with.
I do agree that it is the best suit, just have to point out that the symbiote can replicate cloth, which it does with a proper suit in one mission for spider-man 2 so it looking cloth isn’t too far off story wise(although it doesn’t look good)

Take web of shadows they did it pretty good and I do understand that goopy texture but it's what makes it stand out a lot more especially the armor plating

The insomniac one seems to disguise itself which made it scarier - had a sleek carbon fibre finish almost, like it was programmable armour, it's only when they've bonded and Peter won't let it go that the Symbiote shows it's true colours

People dont realize that when Venom was first created he was literally made to just be a super tough fabric that could help him on war world. They've changed it over the years to make him look like an alien but he originally wasn't supposed to look like a living being. Just a weird black fabric or unknown origin

its not a terrible suit. its def an 8/10 but i feel like they could have done more with what they were given not just a literal red and blue suit but a black color variant with no new powers too like tendrils etc

The comic version of symbiotic suit worked well for comics. Symbiot attaching itself to the suit making it look black seems better for a realistic iteration like movies or videogames.

Insomniacs symbiote v2 is the best symbiote suit in my opinion, it nails the whole alien symbiote thing while not looking like it’s armored/padded like the first version.
Insomniac symbiote is one of the closest comic accurate suit and it uses actually abilities that a symbiote would have also it’s gooy its literally perfect
Symbiote suit from the game is awesome, especially once the suit after the lizard fight when it starts to take over. The suit changes a bit and the eyes are more intense and the emblem is cooler.
In my opinion I love the first suit. It gets hated because the Padding but that's just realistically how the Symbiote would form over the Advanced suit. So I'm fine with It.
The black suit in Insomniac's Spider-Man is the best interpretation of it yet. The toby macquire black suit is cool, but it doesn't even use the symbiote movement in the game.
Reason i like insomniac black suit spider-man is that it does something different instead of just being the advanced suit but black (even 9/10 thats majority of symbiote suits im not complaining)
