Maschine Mk3 - Creating melodic content with the chords & notes modes 

Just absolutely....WOW....this stuff lowers the bar of producing a track so much more than the 10 year old DAW-software I use. The MKIII has triggered my will to re-dive into producing 100% 👍👍👍

Thanks. Small correction: when the chord is e.g. ‘1-3-5’ it doesn’t mean adding notes 3 and 5 semitones from the tonic - it means adding notes 3 and 5 of the scale. In Gm this would be G-Bb-D.

I just bought the mk3 it comes in a few days is there any sounds that's come with the controller

At 4 minutes I subbed :) For a few weeks, been browsing about the Roland TR-8s (soon about to buy first hardware), now I stumbled upon your video, wich makes me doubt instantly. So straight Qs: 1. Has any of you experienced with both? Any simularity or to different devices? 2. Is the MK3, more DAW-oriënted/focused, or is it , a good stand alone for live performance. Hope to hear some reactions cheers

Is this exclusive to the mk3 or does the mk2 also do this?

I really wonder why NI has'n't made it possible for users to create their own chords and chordset.....

I already got the mk2, but this is a whole nother level, I need that asap man wtf... I was using FL for like two years now, because of trap music, but I miss jaming man!! This is making music for real!! :)

Chord mode doesn’t work with a midi keyboard for me

From what I’m getting is don’t Rely on this to be a full DAW experience just add it to your DAW instead can’t do a full beat on it

Comes with a great software, but you don't need it. And when you get this you won't need any DAW

You dont need this expensive device therefor. You need a midi keyboard for 39 USD maybe an to play all of chords simply.

Not suited for beginners
