Clearly a betterreading on the Masimo Oximeter! A MUCH BETTER MEASUREMENT!! The only thing I don't like about the Masimo Oximeters, is unlike the Nellcor OxiMax Oximeters, such as the N-395, N-595, and N-600X, which you can turn OFF the backlight if you're performing a sleep evaluation, such as in the Polysomnography Lab. You can easily turn off the backlights. The Masimo Oximeters, such as the RAD 97, you can't turn off the backlight. If you're in the sleep lab, you can't just make the display go black!
