Mass Effect 3 | Take Earth Back | Extended Cut Cinematic Trailer | HD Official Website : www.masseffect.com "If you are not a fan, now is the time to start" | Yahoo! Games In stores March 6, 2012
they never listened and they are paying the price...yet i can't leave them alone for thei´r fate so i help even if i am still mad over their denial of my warnings......to be the better man is to be the beacon of hope. that's what i did
Malik Sandgreen They just gave a shit on Shepards words... And in the end, they want him to clean up the mess... And give his life for many others... One of the best games i ever played... And best soundtrack (can play it on piano *-*) I hope ME4 will be fkn awesome!!!
@krol meh i enjoyed it no matter what people say .. 90+ hours in 1 playtrough ? not many games these days that make even 20 hours and you pay 70 bucks for a day of fun ... i loved andromeda and all games i play because i make it fun instead of listening to the revieuws etc ... want a simple rule ? never expect anything or get hyped cause every game these days Suck compared to back in the days ... Dark souls 3 hard ? rofl it was bloody easy when you figure out the fight controls ... nothing special ... remember dying in games many years back ? when you died no respawn points ... restart the whole damm game...and many things count ... horizon zero dawn battlefield 1 , call of duty , and many more are piss easy there is no challenge at all anymore i enjoy all games because im a simple man who enjoys everything ... but sadly all games released these days are not even worth more then 20 euro's lack of content / story / gameplay...
@@fionnbarrcasey5247 Don't it's just like real war. It doesn't get well across but I imagine the whole game takes place across several months of real time. For once we know that it takes several hours between trips from Mass Really to Mass Relay. Also just like in real war you aren't deployed 24/7 we need to have played at least have a game to be able to play the DLC so I imagine the war has gone on for maybe 3 months or so and after that the crew is weary and the Normandy needs to be checked from being constantly deployed in battle. I think it's even stated that the Normandy is in the docks for repairs during the DLC. So their offtime is obligatory, necessary and useful. Shepard can't save the world of he's sleep deprived and stressed, he's military he knows it's important to wind down in between.
@@darian2975 to be honest i played multiple time, took soldier every time.. just because ME 2 limits your weapon selection. and i love me my Mattock semi auto rifle. you will love that thing in ME 2
I think what the Asari counselor said summed up the whole series beautifully. "You have more lives depending on you than any soul should have to bear." That got me. Really. It's also what made the loss on Thessia so heartbreaking.
Not really. Almost every senior Asari figure you meet throughout the three games turns out to be pompous and arrogant and those who are not usually have no ties to the government (with the exception of Liara). Going by the codex entries alone, they were the only major council race who didn't make any kind of secret preparations for the Reaper attack. They could have used the beacon on Thessia easily to find out what the catalyst was and saved a lot of bloodshed much earlier on. As far as worlds go Thessia, deserved it on the most part.
Yeah but also it's so damn deceptive. I get it, that's how trailers rolled back in the days. Make outstanding looking trailers for games with shit graphics... but still it's deceptive AF.
If only someone had been saying the reapers were coming many times and saw them themselves. Hmmm, if only that person had warned the council countless times
Love that shot of the Normandy being flanked by the fighters. Ridiculously cool. Can't imagine what that'd look like watching a ship of that size move that fast, that low! We need a Mass Effect Movie. Now.
+798wtf Actually Nolan would be perfect since half the games is talking about how important issues are, even nonimportant stuff. So just like with Nolans movies so far, yea he would be perfect for this project.
I actually watched inception and interstellar recently, and I thought 'this guy would be the best director for the mass effect movies. His pacing and style are perfect, just need to add a touch more humanity. But honestly he did really well with that for interstellar. Hans Zimmer would be perfect for the soundtrack as well. Shit, his whole team would do it right.
Forget movie, we need an actual animated series with 30 or 40 min. episode each with the same animation on 3:40 the second last trailer, NOT THE THIRD FINAL TRAILER WHERES REAL LIFE PEOPLE WITH CGI!!! We have enough of that right now, what we need a amazing good sci-fi animated even thought it just an 6 years old trailer but the the style of the animations took all breath away and leave me awestruck for a 2 minuted how glorified it is.
They should make a game about the defense of Earth. About the unsung heroes who held the line while Shepard and crew did what they did. Maybe not just about Earth, but also about the defense of Palaven and Thessia.
@@DeathClawDC would be bloody short game... the whole thing lasted less than 2 months. losses on either side didnt reach 1000, and all in all maybe around 20 ships were lost. id rather have a game on the Rachni War or the Krogan rebellion
idot lord if so then the first or so mission to Mars should be to look for those ruins just in case and we should also dig around Mombasa, Kenya looking for that (halo) forerunner portal at Voi just in case and if we find both.. well.
@@Esfuerzo31 bruh have you even played mass effect? The entire galaxy was powerless against the reapers you can literally watch them cut ships and buildings in half like a hot knife through butter while tanking a entire fleet shooting at them. Shepherd might have been one man but he was also the only person that could unite everyone and have even a 1% chance of actually winning against literal machine gods
To everyone that says "make a movie", no matter what they do if they follow the storyline fans will be pissed off depending on the choices made in the movie because the trilogy is based off of choices. The video game offers many choices, the movie will only offer you one, and it will most likely not satisfy the majority of the audience.
I say TV show you get more in, also have a poll on a website for people to vote for either male or female Shepherd and then hire the best person for the job doesn't matter about there ethnic background then everyone happy ( well except the purists and SJW of course but they're never happy unless they complain).
Not really. Provided the budget is sufficient and the actors (assuming live action) are willing to take on the workload, you could do every option. Just have a list of choices like a choose your own adventure book, let the audience decide and then the proper scenes can be stitched together. This would also give the movie rewatch value since you can change up events. Have it shown in VR from a chosen character's POV (defaulting to Shepard if they die or you get to the Catalyst) for added immerion.
They should revolutionize cinema Record every outcome, start playing the movie, and let the audience decide at given moments.. will be unlikely anyone would see the same outcome again for quite a while
Love the beginning sniper scene and the call back in the last mission where he says Big Ben is a death trap from when he was sniping anything that moved
I mean considering the power of the reapers only 7.5 million dead after a week is a miracle. You’d think they could get that in Shanghai or Tokyo alone after a day.
@@imsusanov2287 If the reapers had the same goals as they had in the games (which they would) they would still be harvesting humans just like how they did in the game.
Mass Effect 1 to 3 + dlc = Piece of Art~ thanks to all the team working on those 3 and their contents.. enjoyed each second of the game, the story.. a piece of art~ Shepard 4 ever!
+TheHorreK2 The only issue is that they would have to either ignore a lot of things that happen during the games to make it fit a 150min (that's a lot) film or just glance by everything. I think 6 movies (2 per game) would not even be enough. Mass Effect Game 1 1. Movie from the beginning to the end Vermire (and that is still a lot, maybe even ignoring Noveria). In the middle of the movie they recruit Liara. Would Tali be too much? 2. Movie from there (maybe include Noveria somehow) to Sovereign in the Citadel. End of ME1. You could throw as a post credit scene (2 minutes long at most) showing Shepard dying. Mass Effect game 2. 1. Shepard is revived by Cerberus. They explore the collectors and the game ends with the mission at the collector ship or the dead reaper (they find Legion) . Characters ignored : Zaeed, Kasumi, Jack and Samara. They get Mordin, Garrus, Jacob, Miranda and Grunt. 2. The Suicide Mission. It could start with the collector attack of the Normandy. Very easily can be made into a movie. The collectors attacked, but they are not ready so they pick Tali (to explain Legion). They get Thane, trying to get Liara's help. They go through the relay and do the mission. THEY KILL MIRANDA ... Mass Effect game 3 1. The invasion of Earth. Shepard escapes to Mars, the new Cerberus is introduced, gets the plans for the Crucible. All the politics, get the Turian Primarch and cure the genophage. Set up during the movie the issue with the Geth (for the next movie, this arc cannot take more than 1/3 of the last movie). The attack on the Citadel by Cerberus will be implied (Shepard not involved) but the movie ends with the cure of the genophage. 2. Get the Quarian, Geth (already set up by the previous movie) and Salarian (somehow) aid. Retake Earth. The endings well....
WolfsVideoTM or maybe just give them a little help? Like Shepard makes Sure that he brings harbinger and a bunch of reapers to their planet then ask the leviathans to break them? Or ask them to protect some refugee hidden settlements on the planet while the reaper invasion fades away? Or remember liara's project? Give them a copy and ask them if they ever encounter another intelligent species 50 000 years later and if the reapers' cycle is resumed, to give it to them, Just to help them to get rid of their own problem... So many missed opportunities.
They didn't want the Reapers forming some kind of countermeasure against their mind controlling capabilities that's why the leviathan's weren't used as much.
It's because of this I wish the Battle for Earth was longer. Like in it's own chapter all together, rather than just an ending. My vision of it would be like this; after Shepard gathers all the fleets and the Crucible, everyone gathers on Earth, but due to the heavy Reaper presence, it isn't going to be a one day fix. Instead, it would've been cool to go to other locations on Earth, trying to lessen Reaper forces in order to bring the Crucible safely to the Sol system. Similar to how we had a tracker on the Normandy of how many forces we had to muster up in order to properly fight the Reapers on Earth. When we finally got boots back on the ground on Earth, the amount of forces we built up determines how quickly the Reaper forces get suppressed. And with the addition of the Leviathan DLC, we could've seen a battle between a Reaper and Leviathan for funsies.
only if the casting wasn't so awful. where's thane? why did the devs think it a good idea to kill him? legion? samara? mordin? grunt? jack? fuck those cameos, I want them on my team, have fucking ashley and james get a cameo, seriously.
Imagine if the Reapers attempted a pacifist route to indoctrination. Just make everyone happy and peaceful, and slowly wipe them out without them realizing it.
It's been years and I have played and replayed mass effect 3 for at least half a dozen times. But for some reason watching this still makes me feel like I've been fooled.
more honest, accurate trailer be like: TAKE {epic trailer shots} EARTH {epic trailer shots} BACK {epic trailer shots} AND THEN {epic trailer shots} FUCK IT ALL UP {shots of the starchild} WITH A SHITTY RAINBOW LASER {shots of the shitty rainbow laser} RESULTING IN AN OUTRAGED FAN BACKLASH THAT CAUSES DEVS TO PANIC AND HASTILY MAKE A FREE EXTENDED CUT DLC THAT ONLY SORTA-KINDA FIXES A FEW SMALL PROBLEMS BUT STILL LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED {epic music with shot of EA logo}
I wish that there was more action like this. Such as us being able to see more of the reactions to the Reapers first invading and the Fleets in orbits trying to protect Earth.
Cuando alguien coordina un equipo humano con un tema concreto, puede realizar de todo. Os animo a disfrutar de este video y, bueno, sea película, serie o videojuego, sigue siendo una pasada.
And shepard did bring help. The entirety of Batlefeets Solar and Gothic ready to bring the Emperor's retribution upon the foul xenos invading sacred Terra
Hard to believe its been 10 long years since this masterpiece!! I was honestly saddened when I finished the game as Shepard became such a big part of me over the Trilogy that I NEVER wanted to see him go. Here is to wishing they would bring the ME Universe back!!!
Richard M What The hell are you waiting for? You better play this game soon, or you'll miss a goddamn great game! And buy deluxe at least, extended cut really adds some satisfaction to the end!
@@HAXGGEZ No ship in the galaxy would win an 1v1 against an Reaper. Multiple salves from nearly a whole fleet were necessary to destroy even one reaper.
One of the most underrated game series of all time. The remastered version is great. It’s one of the few game series that teaches you how to be a leader, for better or worse and your decisions in game 1 effect game 3 missions. Can’t wait for 4.
Hope that the 4rth game comes Massive. THIS GAME IS WAY BETTER THAN GTA V, HOPE IT SELLS MORE! This is commander Shepard, and this is my favorite video on the Citadel.
Aleks6010 anyone expected, the cliche happy ending crap, shepard sacrifice herself for the sake of the humanity, he become a legend and a hero, real thing happens in wars, happy ending thats where the game ends and everybody is happy, thats the real crap, no emotions no surpise because iits the classic ending that all peolpe wait, boring as fuck, sorry my english no offense. You put your point am say mine, greetings
Mass Effect. The best video game series i have played. I don't care if the ending was good or not the only thing that matters is that the games were UNFORGETTABLE, EXCELLENT, AMAZING, SPECTACULAR & even SEXY
I love that random soldier with the N7 armour kicking ass at like 3:30. You only get to wear that on your armour if you pass all the tests and training which not many do. Fuckin such a good trailer.
That’s the point. Of course, they’re only OP in universes with the slightest grasp of normal physics. Put them up against just about anyone else and they’re not going to last long.
Scarecrow its kinda the point none of the species have ever faced an enemy like the reapers. so unless the krogan and the turians solve their petty issues everybody else is gonna die!
+james heller No they are not indestructible, they can be killed which is shown throughout the game multiple times i believe and in the space battle at the end.
You are right. But there is still hope. And a bad movie is still better than NO movie at all. Even though i only know 1 Game-Movie that was good "Tekken Blood Vengeance".
u are wrong all of u who think it would be great any game that has decision making is bad for making movies for example fallout or elder scrolls because u choose the story lets say SPOILERS AHEAD i saved mordin and he cured genophage and in a movie if they show shepard killing mordin it will be like i made a bad decision understand?
Imagine how good would a game/movie be that shows everything that was going on on Earth while Shep was mucking around getting allies and have parties in his bachelor pad.
