Missing "hand on a shoulder" romance scene: • Mass Effect 3 Leviatha... Leviathan DLC Playlist: • Mass Effect 3: Leviath... Tali Romance Playlist: • Tali Romance: Mass Eff...
lol Very true, but I would think even the humans wouldn't freak out too much. I remember a dialogue implying that average human lifespans exceeded 100 years because of medical advancements and shit. I think 150 years was around the max they could live, so 10 years wouldn't be that big a deal.
@@OTBASH you're right, shepard mentions that humans to liara in ME1 that humans are capable of living up to 150 years old, although in his words "we're lucky if we hit 150" So 150 is the ideal much like reaching a 100 years old is the ideal in our current world.
That one scene when rescuing Ann Bryson was literally the only scene in Me3 where you and your squad are actually shooting your own weapons and not ordinary Avengers/Predators you pulled out of your asses.
+Myron Cuenca Yep,my Garrus has a Javelin and a...forgot the A.Rifle and in 1 cutscene he had both Javeliv and A.R. holstered on his back and a damn Avenger in his arms like wtfh does he pull ARs out of this air :D
Shadow Lord I dont see why you are replying abot maxed out weps and your chars level, when we were talking about the cutscene glitches were characters pull out weps that they shouldnt have
I remember back on launch there was a scene with Garrus firing off the sniper rifle i equipped him with like an assault rifle. Laughed pretty hard at that, he sure as hell calibrated the fuck out of that sniper.
You guys think *this* is bad? I just watched Paragon lost, where not only did the alliance somehow issue mattocks in 2183, but modded to fire with the fire rate and capacity of an avenger. And to put insult to injury, they have smg carniflex's... Wild. Just wild.
Tali does a Javik impersonation, Javik gets pissed and is like "fuck these primitives" and walks/swims off, and EDI does an orbital drop to give Shepard and Tali some support.
Tali: Losing ten years, I can't even imagine Shepard: I suppose it's a bit like waking up and realizing you've been dead for two years Crickets: Chirp chirp
1:12 I always laugh when naive Ann Bryson looks around before getting onto the shuttle, and Shepard just pushes her dumbass into the Shuttle. It's little things like that I miss from the Mass Effect series.
Bioware trolled us not EA. I hate EA as much as the next gamer but you can't blame them for everything wrong with ME3. Most of that blame is on the mother fuckers at Bioware.
@@jesseward4115 Most of Mass Effect's blame goes on EA. If EA didn't set up deadlines like crazy, Bioware would be able to release the game a year or so later and make it five times as good… with enough time to give Quarians (or at least Tali) a model, actual romance scenes (before the Chronos Station) not just for Kaidan/Ashley and Liara…
@@LordpittCZ You can't blame the devil for all the bad stuff you do when you choose to sell your soul to the devil. All the evil things Hitler did does not somehow negate the evils of Goebbels. My point is that yes EA is a HORRIBLE company and is the worst thing in the gaming industry today but that does not give Bioware a pass. I see to many people put all the blame on EA and try to defend Bioware when Bioware is owned and a product for EA. And in the case of ME3, Bioware lead the development, not EA.
I do wonder why they must have such a resemblance, though. Don't forget the Asari as well. Sure, the human body has a pretty suitable design for a sapient species, but we have little reason to believe that real-life aliens will resemble us so closely, since there is an infinite number of possibilities for how they could've evolved on their homeworld, therefore, many of the creature designs of many science fiction series don't make much sense. We shouldn't assume that they would look so much like us, or even behave and socialize in ways we can fully relate to.
If you want a certain character to take all the lines and moments like saving Shepard then just take EDI as 2nd squad mate. Literally any character has higher priority than EDI for everything.
From what I've figured out, the order in which squadmembers will rescue Shepard looks like this: First Garrus, then James, Javik, Kaidan/Ashley, Tali, Liara and lastly EDI, who will never save him.
What he should have done when Tali said "you're worth more than that" was put his arms around her from behind and said: "And you're worth more. That is why I went to find Leviathan."
You know what i like about 1:03 - 1:19? Is that they're actually using the weapons they were actually carrying! IN A CUT-SCENE! Well better late than never, eh?
MrGMoney1944 If you woke up one day standing in the middle of a strange building and someone told you a week had gone by and you had no knowledge or memory of it, i have a feeling you would be like "what the hell happened?" too
Know it’s been 8 years but did legendary edition and Kaiden did the same damn thing. Despite him and Vega being my least picked squad mates and tali being my romance. Oh well she at least looked like an absolute unit going Rambo with the avenger.
I dont know, man, Liara had a pretty hard time coping up with Shepard's death for 2 years. Especially if you romanced her in ME1. I mean, you're right about some asari being nonchalant about a century. But I think it varies from one to another.
@@mrcopycat2355 That's why I chose Destruction on my first run (Liara was my LI back then), hoping to have done enough to survive (I had, luckily). Living the rest of your life with the guilt of having murdered a whole species and a friend is hard as hell, but it would be harder to just let the love of your life face that. I didn't want to make her suffer again in that way, not on my watch.
@@mrmaster9801 Congrats. You spared the love of your life the agony of living without you. Forget Joker, he can suffer the loss of his love, it's fine. His agony is inconsequential, it's no big deal. (Honestly, I just hate the game more for forcing you to make such a choice. That's why Headcanon and modded endings exist)
Tali is all there worried and then Shephard just answers with an agressive "Ill be fine" Like WTF, just get out of the mech and give her a comforting hug ffs.
It makes me feel kinda bad how Tali says 'don't do that to me', to which I promised not to do anymore, and then the ending happens, where it kinda happens again. Oh well, good thing I didn't die but instead survived and woke up on the Citadel. ^^
3:53 Leviathan: _"Psst, your friend next to you called you a bitch to your friends yesterday"_ Brute 1: _"Kyle? Nah he wouldn't do that, we best bros!"_ L: _"He also fucked Laney while you were out and about. Fucked the moment you left up til the moment you returned."_ B1: _"H-he wouldn't do that!"_ L: _"Yes he would, haven't you noticed how close they've gotten? How touchy-feely Laney has gotten with Kyle?"_ B1: _"............ THAT MOTHERFUCKER!"_
I love this scene where the scientists recover from the artifact's effect. It's like I already know how it goes but still get the shocking surprise along with them.
I used renegade interrupt when talking to dr. Ann Bryson at the beginning of the mission, and it killed her I think. I prefer the paragon solution but for romance videos I wanted Shepard to talk with squad mates instead of Bryson.
I know right I dedicated myself to only have garrus and tali as teammates the first chance I had. I made it to where tali was my girlfriend and garrus was my right hand man.
John Cisney Nah, like I said the endings such. All you see is a person in N7 armor, taking a breath. Hope, I guess. Oh, and instead of putting Shepard's name on the board of the dead, Tali or any love interest lowers it and looks up. Again, hope.
SonicSanctuary Let's just put it plainly and straight forward, the ending fucking sucked and was the worst part of the whole fucking trilogy. ME3 in general was horrible but the ending was the rotten cherry on the shitty cake.
If the fans of the series is working enough against EA and Bioware, that might happen.. Unless a fan-made studio is created.. Just look at what the fans made of Half Life (see: Black Mesa "Source")
G6 Liara Its talked about. One of the directors polled it on twitter. Suggestions being it being seem less so no need to port when you finish one game the other starts with your save and all DLC included. But for like $60 £50.
+Stuart Pawley lets hope mass effect 3 ENDINGS REMASTERED! [ but this time good endings and not shitty ones ....... ] Hell id play the whole trilogy again if i have to
***** Who was the Mary Sue? I'm not sure I agree with your labelling of tropes. Crucible wasn't really a deus ex machina. It did fire at the end, but not until after your battles and conversations were over. And you were expecting it to happen. DEM is when something unexpected and unplanned arrives to save the day. This was more of a macguffin.
***** Well now that is something I think I would like to see, now my choices would have an ''actual'' impact on me and others. Though sadly I don't think it'll ever happen because you know...EA :/
Play Citadel DLC as Infiltrator - the Shepard clone with have a semi-auto Black Widow 😂All cutscenes are coded with Avenger in mind and even things like Black Widow fire at the rate of avenger with 0 recoil.
She learned that trick from Wrex. If you play the Citadel DLC and you are on the mission taking back the Normandy. Pick Tali and Wrex. Wrex will ask Tali if she has practice that trick Wrex taught her.
I think it's based on their morality or something, whichever one is more paragon/renegade? When I played through it with Garrus (romanced)/Kaidan, they had a good share of dialogue. Garrus's romance dialogue was present, yet Kaidan was first to object to the deep-sea dive, and he carried Shepard back to the shuttle etc.
Thanks for uploading this. I just finished the Leviathan DLC an hour ago but brought Javik and EDI with me on the final mission. Also let dr Ann Bryson be alive in the lab. Good DLC :)
Same thing happened to me. When I did he play through. Javik is the one that is concerned about shepherd going in for the dive (although Tali is the one that says “Shepard, just..”). After Shepard comes back to surface, Javik is the one that goes and grabs Shepard. Tali will still be on her omniblade saying that he is freezing. I did a second play through with Talía and EDI and it was different. He recorded with Tali Javik till the dive and then recorded EDI Tali when he surfaced. I questioned that myself as well
Zeta Z Clearly you underestimate the number of Reapers invading the Galaxy. First of all, it's just one reaper coming into the Leviathan System. So they have easy time indoctrinating them. The second, if Leviathan were able to defeat the Reapers just like that, they wouldn't hide under the cold, dark, sea protected with beam. After all, the reaper is their own creation. Third, If your logic be applied to the Quarians, they should've been able to defeta the Geth, yet they're on a war that destroyed each other. The point of using the Crucible is that a total end to the Reaper threat. Every single person dead, one reaper is born. Which is why they don't have time for slow war against the Reaper, the Protheans did that and they failed, and countless of races from the cycles before did things like that, clearly none succeeded. The Crucible is the only answer to the whole question.
@NPC 100573200 Well, this is MY Canon in MY Gameplay and I make MY answer based on the informations available in the game. If you don't like it, feel free to make a petition.
@@tyrayentali7041 Yes, but eventually they will receive upgrades from the Reapers and the Quarians will be wiped out almost immediately. I mean look at how much it takes to bombard just 1 Geth dreadnought, it cost a lot and it's not something that Quarians could afford. They need their numbers more than the Geth need theirs.
I don't know if it's because I played this DLC while I'm still doing my first playthrough of ME3 but for me, the very last conversation at the end takes place between Ann Bryson and Shepard instead of Shepard and the rest of the crew... Anyhoo, it was nice to see Tali's reaction to Shepard's crazy plan. She really gave it to him! :) Thanks for sharing all those great vids with us, BTW.
What Shepard should have done when Tali said "you're worth more than that," was put his arms around her from behind and reply, "And you're worth more. That's why I went down there to find Leviathan."
I dont think it was bends - the Atlas mech has the innertial dampeners and all protection and he didnt feel anything. I think all his issues were from the Leviathan mind-drilling.
I did it with Javik not the romance but I had him down there with me and well he seems to really care. Hes a good friend when I lost Thane it hurt he was my favorite companion but Javik isn't replacing him hes just as good.
I dont think he is a friend BUT he highly respects a capable soldier that fights the Reapers and you are essentially brother in arms. The fact he calls you "Exemplar of Victory" is a testament how much he trusts and respects your ability.
Quarian Engineers in the multiplayer have the ability to hack and control mechanical units for a time, including armored units like brutes. So they might be more familiar with it than you might think.
You mean when Leviathan makes the big guys fight each other? I think they were probably busy worrying about Shepard fainting on the ground and trying to get away so that could explain the lack of reaction. But I also kind of expected someone to go "wtf?!" in a brief aside shot.
0:52 Asari: "Huh? Oh well." Humans: "Huh?! What?!" Salarians: "WHA- NOOOOOO!!!" Pretty sure someone else commented this before me so just pointing out it might not have been me who came up with this.
Meh,I thought the romance dialogues between MaleShep and Tali during this DLC would have been better Garrus and FemShep have much better romance dialogues...
