I have chronic neck and back pain, and I got my doctor to document that I need massage as a treatment for the pain. Now I can use my flexible spending account money to pay for massages! I've also been massaging my face more, too. It's a wonderful habit.

Oh! I was just told I needed emergency surgery to get my appendix taken out! I did not do it... Mainly because they had absolutely no evidence that it needed removed and were just guessing based on my pain area. Thank you for that bit of advice. I've done so much research on the appendix and basically doctors do not know exactly what it does. I have an autoimmune disease and decided I need to keep my organs intact. There's some evidence that suggests that the appendix is the storage for the gut good bacteria. So there's that.

Thank you Mrs Nerida🤗 I really admire you and your work. I'm seeing amazing results on my clients by recommending a homecare regimen. Do you have any advice to extract those stubborn blackheads from the nose? I prep the skin ,but it's always a struggle for me, specally if they're dry or dehydrated skin types. Thanks 😚

Yep, you have to correct the surface dryness first...massage the skin with steam then you should be good to go:))

Nerida for shoulder pain and posture, Chiropractor 1-2 a month and pilates or yoga, it worked wonders for me, I suffered with shoulder pain for years

Nerida,when you look at a client's skin, what makes you think like this one should use AHA complex or retinol complex? Both of them exfoliate and go to different levels to stimulate collagen.

Yes, it is experience i guess. They both do similar things but sometimes a finer more delicate skin is just not right for retinol. :))

Hi Nerida would you recommend the Rejuvi A Night Gel as a retinol or should I get the retinol serum ? Can you use both at once ?

Not both...one or the other. The serum is stronger...start slow 1 or 2 a week over a serum in the PM:))

Hi Nerida! I have a question. I use a retinoids after exfoliating. What should I put on top? I’m using a pure Squalane oil right now on top for “moisture”. I don’t think will like just the retinoid alone, I have drier skin. Thanks!!

You should use the q flavonoid first...a serum before the retinol:))

Hi Nerida, I would love your thoughts on microneedling or dermaplaning? Do you think there is use or a benefit in these procedures or if they are just extra "fluff?" Cheers from Boston- wish you could be based here!

I have spoken about these both in other comments. Not a fan of microneedling, but it has a place if you have pitting:) Dermaplaning is a personal thing. Do not do it myself, but some people love it:)

Hi Nerida! I was recommended and have been using the Azure kit. I have dark oily skin. Should I be using the gAHA that is in the Azure kit? I heard you mention that AHAs are not that good for skin with melanin (African American).
