I’ve been suffering from TMJ for almost 20 years. Many people don’t know what to do when they first get symptoms. Doctors don’t even know what to do. I wish I had known about TMJ massage back then. I’m assuming at this point, the damage is done. In any case, I would have been scared to let anyone massage the jaw, unless they were experts, such as yourself. Thank you for the amazing video.

Your always so awesome. Splenius Capitis also attaches to the mastoid process and attaches to the back of the neck. I know some ppl who have twitches due to tmj problems and spasms with that muscle. Keep doing what ur doing I love ur vids
