I have been absolutely miserable for the past 4-5 months with jaw pain and headaches. I have started doing these exercises and have already noticed a difference, thank you for sharing this.
I was going to a dark place. Been suffering from cluster headaches and now this TMJ flare up just sent me overboard. These exercises gave me enough relief to come back to earth. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG! I thought I was the only one with TMJ problems! I am so happy there is a community of people because I was starting to feel alone. My jaw locks up closed randomly now and it’s so annoying because I can’t eat how I want to and now I’ve built this insecurity of not eating in front of people. It’s just too much sometimes. I hope this video helps.
THANK YOU! It's nice to see someone that's trying to help instead of trying to sell something, you've been very helpful., there should be more people like you.
Been having tmj clicking and locking at night when I lie down or early after I wake for about 4 months now. Five mins of this and the clicking has reduced considerably. Thank u!
had pain for like 3/4 days and was getting progressively harder and more tiring to talk, eat, open, close. did this for the first time today and i basically feel 100% better. i think the internal masseter exercise really hit the spot! thanks so much :)
Felt such relief, thank you. Been hard to eat lately, even the smallest bites have felt like giant ones. And the pain is as if someone punched me on the side of my face, really sore at the joint of my jaw. This has helped
I had an epilepsy attack which I squeezed my teeth so hard the jaw pain stuck with me for 1 month. This was exactly what I was looking for. Very informative and straightforward (in a good way). Bless you
Wow! Just wow! My jaw has been clicking for weeks. Quite loud and painful when I eat. Tried a few other TMJ exercises but this one worked immediately. Thank you so much. 👌
oh my god i might cry. i’ve been unable to open my mouth without severe pain for over a week. just did all these exercises and now it feels almost 100% better!!!!!!!! thank you thank you thank you endlessly !!!!!

Straight forward and effective. Thanks a bunch! Sometimes it's nice to have a bit more motivational speech, but often I just want great exercises and clear instructions.
Thank you so much! Today I noticed my jaw out of place again and the other video I use to watch this time did not work and I stopped feeling the left side jaw bone poking out and I was getting scared not being able to open my mouth all the way. But after watching this my jaw is now feeling so much more relief.
Same for me as well, had pain initially but it's been long gone but still have the popping and cracking sound and sometimes I find very difficult to chew harder. Have these stretches work for you?
I have been grinding my teeth for as long as I could remember. When my jaws pop they usually are ok, not this time tough. I am experiencing a lot of pain. This has helped me unlock my jaw almost immediately. 🎉
I had complicated lower wisdom teeth removal. Second day after surgery I got jaw lock. It's a week now and it didn't go any better. After your instructions I can feel a massive improvement even after first time. Thank you.
I'm glad to hear that my jaw release exercises have brought you noticeable relief following your wisdom teeth removal. However, given the surgical procedure you underwent, it's essential to consult your healthcare practitioner. They are best suited to provide guidance in this situation, especially because of the jaw lock you experienced. Please reach out to them to update on your condition and to ensure there are no underlying issues needing attention.
My face hasn't relaxed since my car accident 6 years ago. The tension in my jaw makes me feel anxious even though im not. It doesn't matter how much exercise i do bcuz my jaw and face will still stiffen. I don't know how to relax my mouth or how to out my jaw in a restful position, since my jaw isn't aligned from all the muscle tension. These exercises and one other video are amazing. I stopped doing my exercises for my jaw 3 years ago. I guess i have to put in the work again and see what happens. Thank you for this video, it does provide short term relief and hopefully itll get better for long term.
Just tried this I've had tmj for a very long time and got very scared tonight when my jaw locked up and I felt a sensation as if I could not gulp or swollow this was the first video I found with real advice I'm feeling much better now thx.
i had so much pain today and it got worse, only help a bit was held something cool on my left jaw, but dam, thank you so much. i still feel it, but no pain anymore. really thank you a bunch. i will do this now every day
Thank you so much for sharing your experience, @labber. It's goodto hear that the exercises provided relief for your jaw pain. Consistency is key, so continuing the exercises daily as part of your routine can help maintain the benefits in most cases. Just be sure to listen to your body and not overdo it. If the pain persists or worsens, I would recommend consulting with a healthcare professional for a personalized assessment. Wishing you continued improvement. Cheers!
Thanxs lovely u hav really helpd my tnx.. my jaw was popping badly. No pain just uncomfortable .. these exercises hav responded well to helping .. I’ll continue ur awesome suggestions . Blessings of health safety happiness harmony kindness consistency to all.. 🥰💌👍💖✌🏻
i had jaw and ear pain for 1 year now, thought it will go away on its own, but it has been very debilitating to live with this shit, i tried my very best to ignore it, but i just cant, tmd is very scary... the worst part is i cant even tell anyone about it, because no one would understand, I imagine most people would just tell me to suck it up, so my journey continues, i give this a shot, thanks for the video
Thanks for this video. It somehow relieved my jaw pain rn a little, and I hope it could help me a lot with my tmj. I always rely on cold compress every time my jaw lock, but I don't think it can make my tmj go away permanently
These are good. I knew most of them from my own PT, but somehow the temporal was overlooked. Also the reverse move against resistance is a good one; that engages the neck muscles and subsequentle releases them.
My pain sometimes in unbearable. This is one of the most helpful video I have found so far. My TMJ started 8 months ago, it started on my right, then went away, few months after felt pain on left then now I got both sides in so much pain. I can hardly open my mouth, it is so hard to eat, I feel like I am having wisdom teeth on both sides. These exercises really helped me a lot. I feel like this is not gonna go away. Please help me, what should I do?
Avoid smoking, chewing gum, and clenching your jaw if you can help it. This would irritate the area further. Try applying heat (boil a towel) if its not inflamed. And icing will help numb the area to reduce pain and inflammation.
"I am very happy that I have been practicing these exercises for two weeks, and now I can easily open my mouth without any pain up to three fingers width without hearing any popping sound. The popping sound only occurs if I open my mouth very wide. However, there is still very little pain when eating and speaking, and I will continue with the exercises until all the pain is completely gone."
Hi! After my abuse my healing journey was slowly getting better however I still was having jaw pain at the end of the first year I had X-rays in September of last year two months after my injuries they didn’t reveal that anything had been broken although I was still having pain. Continuing, fast forward to August of 2022 this year I had X-rays of the jaw area where I’m still having pain I had to complete this because my doctor says that the CT scan showed only the top part of my head and not my jaw area. Moreover, I did some investigation concerning the impact of my injuries and discovered your video and the TMJ exercises seems to be working I feel better and have much more relief I am slowly starting to heal and feel the difference in my pain level, I will keep you updated. Thanks a lot so far.
