I'm running 8 gtx 1070 8GB in a SuperMicro Superserver 4028GR-TRT for mining ethereum using Claymore Miner and it works amazing. The SuperMicro SuperServer 4028GR-TRT 4U Case is a absolute beast it sounds like a Jet Airplane with the 8 93mm fans that rev to 13,000 RPMs! It also has the SuperMicro X10DRG-OT+-CPU Motherboard which has dual 2011 Sockets which I am running 2 Xeon 2699 v3 (18-Core) for a total of 36-Core and 72 Threads plus this thing has 24 DIMM slots so you could put 3TB of ECC DDR4 RAM in here. Then you have the on the front that it supports 24-2.5" sleds for 24-SSDs which is pretty amazing in my book.
