@Hamdoon Yeah sames. Gordon ramsey i like but even he is going to far. i wanna learn about cooking, not hear some disgruntled old farts throw out food because the garnish is wrong
Gordon: "what the fuck, is this glue?? What is this consistency???" Glasses guy: "Honestly, I'm disappointed. You've overcooked it. Now the consistency is all wrong." Joe: "Your birth was a mistake"
Gordon: Difficult to impress, but gives good feedback averagely and is extremely happy if you make a good dish. Elliot: Just a nice person overrall, by far the most forgiving out of the 3, gives good criticism a lot of the time, good dude overrall. Joe: haha ur dish is poopoo time to poot in trash haha
The Bible says in John 3:16-36 that whoever believes in the Lord Jesus Christ shall not perish but have everlasting life, the Bible also says in Romans 10:9 that those who declare with their mouth that Jesus Christ is their God, Lord, and Savior they shall be saved. Revelation 1:8 says that Jesus is the alpha and the omega. Luke and revelation is the ending times, and Jesus is returning back. So are you going to submit your life to him or no? Narrow is the path that leads to the gates of heaven, but only few people find it. The gates that is the path to destruction is where many people find it! Jesus loves you SO MUCH! That he died on the cross, and was resurrected from the dead 3 days later to give us eternal life….
Bald guy tries hard to sound angry, Gordon naturally sounds angry. He's like Gordon Ramsay if Gordon Ramsay was made in the back alleys of china and they ran out of hair during assembly.

Theory: The fat guy with glasses becomes skinny because that bald guy keeps throwing the food to trash can and he's never get a chance to taste it. Edit: Don't look at my replies, y'all. It's all "haha funny 69" comments.
I like to believe that after each season, every contestant waits out in the parking lot waiting for Joe to walk out of the building so they can all take turns beating the shit out of him.
my favorite moment in masterchef was joe being insulted by garlic bread and gordon asked him what was so wrong about it. joe just says "they don't serve garlic bread in italian restaurants". gordon disagreed, and then i think everyone in italy disagreed.
Just imagining the finance office for the show: "Jesus Christ, why in the fuck are we spending so much on ingredients Jerry???" "Take it up with baldy, Tom. Half our fucking budget ends up in the trash because of that attention-seeking douchebag."
Just learned Joe's mom paid for his entire career and he's been living off of her success. Makes total sense now why he's desperate for a shred of the respect people have for Ramsay
Gordon had to mentor under one of the most abusive _and_ respected chefs in the world for years before he deemed him good enough to run his own kitchen, and even now that dude often takes pitshots at Gordon's cooking methods. The only man to make him cry.
@@billbill6094Also, Gordon was raised in abusive childhood as his dad was an alcoholic abuser who neglected him and his siblings. His brother even turns to be alcoholic and also drug users. He was even arrested in Bali, Indonesia for smuggling drugs. One of the winners of Hell's Kitchen couldn't get the position becoming the Head Chef in one of his restaurants due to her failed drug test and allegedly, she took so many drugs (possibly weed) during competition. The head chef position later passed to the winner in the next season. Gordon is very strict to drugs because of his brother's condition.
Joe is actually a pretty cool guy. He’s really nice to most of the contestants. He only gets rude when the food is garbage. And there is ALOT of garbage in this show
@@camerong7365 Joe is trying to proove he's a tough man by being mean. He must have issues with himself so he takes out his rage on his students. Which just makes him look like an idiot. He must be trying to "outman" Gordon by being meaner than him. Gordon is mean when you do badly. Joe is mean for the sole purpose of it.
@@Mr371312 Ive done canadian cadets, A military funded "boy scoutish" organization that teaches teenagers tips for life and teaches them how to become a good leader and a good team member. Ive ranked as an NCO there. The Leaders who scream at their cadets just to be mean, well theyd get bad results and on and on. You cannot teach someone only by screaming at them. It wont work. The kids would do the tasks just so the shitty staff stopped screaming at them. They wouldnt learn why its important. Like they would clean up their living spaces just because petty officer dipshit would scream. Not because they knew that keeping things clean had only benefits, finding your stuff easily, your things have less chances to break, its safer for nightime and incase of fire, kif you dont clean up now youll have more chances of garbage filling up... The list goes on and on. Never pull out the negative and just that. Talk about the negative and give reasons why the task was wrong executed and how to remediate to the situation. The kid will feel better and will actually learn something from you. And youll get the feeling of being a good "pedagogue".
there's a clip where Joe straigh-up refuses to eat someone's garlic bread because garlic bread "doesn't exist in italy" and gordon just calls him out for being a fucking snob
The segment at 0:20 doesn't get enough attention. Joe criticises the contestant for putting bearnaise sauce on his steak, while this is actually a very common sauce to put on steaks. Shows you how little he really knows.
Also, he and Gordon ever argued about whether or not they have should put Garlic Bread in an Italian dish just because one contestant put a garlic bread on his dish. Joe said he never put any garlic breads on his restaurants! But, Gordon doesn't care anyway.
Because Joe doesn't have a palate, he knows traditional cooking technique which allows him to talk about food objectively "This is gross because traditionally bearnaise sauce doesn't go on steak" but he doesn't have a strong enough palate to explain why new combinations work or don't work. Even when he praises something he always goes back to traditional technique like, "you've elevated this humble asian noodle into a fine dining european pasta dish".
I’m not even convinced he took a proper bite Edit: ok I keep rewinding and slowing it down but I legit cannot see any food that spoon. It’s blurry tho but still
I'm sure someone explained this in the stream, but to those curious. A pizza stone is a slab of stone that you put on your oven over your pizza (the next shelf I mean) and it creates a massive ball of heat for the pizza to cook. It burns the bottom a bit but cooks everything pretty well. This can also be done with a pizza steel, which is the same concept, but more intense because it's a slab of metal.
I wanted someone or at least Charley to comment on that because like you can tell Gordon is trying to find the mental strength to not just sit the villain version of Mr clean down on a little kids chair and let the other two actually judge.
Cause he knows Joes full of shit since he’s a businessman not a chef. I couldn’t find anything saying he was an actual chef besides maybe at his family’s restaurant as a kid.
@@avillalobos4263 oh-OH GOD. HE SAID NOT FUNNY DIDNT LAUGH!!!! 😱 HOLY FUCK WHAT EVER SHALL WE DO?????? OH MY GOD SOUND THE ALARMS, RELEASE THE ATTACK DOGS. A MONSTER'S ON THE LOOSE-
"Objectively, your food sucks." "I don't feel it does." "Well we say it does, so it does, and that counts as constructive criticism." 100% bulletproof logic there.
In all fairness, if its in the context of a customer or a consumer, that is mildly true. I mean in the end the business of being a chef is satisfying your customers, if you don't do that right, there isn't much else you exist as a business for.
@Skelebones they tell them, its just that those "Top 20 worst dishses" etc cuts things to an extent that you don't see it, and if Gordon and Graham allready said what was wrong, there isn't much more to say.
We're such good chefs that we don't even have to taste it to know it sucks. Which is why Joe has thrown away every plate and still not eaten anything yet
Joe: *walks up to a bowl of soup and sticks his whole hand into it “How the hell am I supposed to eat this? This is a waste of my time.” *dumps it in the garbage
joe is literally acting out to impress gordon like, joe gives him a little look after he trashes a dish like “did i do a good job” except gordon isnt pleased😂😂😂
Gordon: I must look closely and find the mistakes the chef has made. Other guy: What could make the chef improve their work. Bald man: Ah yes, another sacrifice for the trash man.
@@epikindinos21 He does it far FAR more than joe does it. Well joe doesnt even do it so. I havent seen him give constructive criticism once. Joe is just a prick.
@@khalidhatim7035 In all fairness, what this video alone shows me is that no constructive criticism is given. Why would I go somewhere and cook to be spit in my face and have no food thrown away. A real good learning experience huh?
@@upg5147 In all fairness, thousands of people auditioned for this contest. 20 of said thousands make it to the show. and one of them decides to serve a fucking platter with toothpicks stuck in cut up little pieces of food for one of the challenges. what kind of constructive criticism are you looking for?
I don't even think those two are comparable lmao. Gordon actually knows how to cook and even if he's a jackass sometimes, he does give legitimate advice and cares about the people on the show. Jo just has holes in his brain and can't comprehend basic human decency or empathy
I wonder if Joe has ever gone to one of those concept restaurants that have won michelin stars over and over again, where they describe the dish in detail about what they've done, the thinking behind each ingredient and how you're supposed to eat it. Guess they're not cooks.
He once said he likes fast food and often eats it in-between takes of his shows such as kitchen nightmares because he doesn't have much time to prepare food. Things like McDonald's, KFC, Chuck E Cheese, etc.
Joe is on a complete power trip on this show. He clearly believed he is above anyone else just because he can cook fairly well and owns some restaurants and this show is just an outlet for him to act like it.
At least Gordon actually knows how to give constructive criticism and often manages to drive people to become better with his admittedly entertaining nagging and ranting.
4:17 A pizza stone is a legit porous stone circle that is the same size as a conventional large pizza. The idea is that when you bake your pizza, the stone gets hot too and makes the crust underneath more crispy and buttery; I have one in my house
@@masoniclight364 oh God I remembered how pissed he was when a kid in junior masterchef gave him a tart that's not out of the baking tin. The kid was trying so hard to not break under pressure and gave all his effort into his dessert. Even Gorden would've understood how that child felt
gordon is just all around a good guy, tough but caring. Bald guy is just a disrespectful douche, probably a "bad cop good cop" persona going on for the sake of showmanship though
TheArnoldification it’s clear it’s done up for entertainment, but it’s still pretty hard to watch joe just shit all over the chefs. gordon actually likes to give constructive criticism and doesn’t flip out on them that often
I love this show and it’s always so obvious that Joe wants to be as hardass as Gordon but with no actual critique to back it up, he wants this to be his show so bad
Pizza stones is a flat stone preheated in a hot oven used to help crisp the bottom of a pizza when using a home oven instead of a high heat (800-900°f) pizza oven
Gordon: “This is what’s wrong, here’s also what’s wrong. Improve on it.” Joe: “Nope, it sucks and you suck. That’s all...” *Has a toddler-tantrum & throws plate.*
Gordon does not always do that stop putting him on a pedestal srs. Gordon in some kitchen nightmare clips I saw called a server who was a big fan fat. He told him go to the gym eat the salad before he even said hello Gordon started to harass the guy and you can see how uncomfortable he was. Gordon is not nice at all I have no idea why you people like this duce do much.
