"Professional" chefs just tend to shit on low quality. They don't focus on taste, they focus on quality. Their palets are just accustomed to better quality. That's the only difference. Majority of "Professional" chefs are pretentious.

Exactly. Just putting any "worthy" ingredient without thinking about flavors or how to cook it just makes you cocky. A burger with simple ingredients but cooked to perfection will always top some random burger with wagyu beef which nobody gives a damn about in a burger 👍 I mean bringing wagyu and an old cheese but not thinking about some tomatoes and a proper sauce seriously...

I ate & cooked like these guys before i seriously started to actually cook during lockdown 2020. I can't eat fastfood anymore. Too much salt, too much grease, or no flavor at all, too acidic bec of all the chemicals, extenders & god knows what they put in there. My stomach stopped bloating so much, my gut is better, waaay less hyperacidity, and i poop everyday. Glorious!
