Great video! Making sausage is on my list, so this was perfect. I have the MEAT grinder and got a Hakka stuffer, just working up the courage to do it. LOL. I highly recommend checking out Bearded Butchers. They have some great videos and have some great DYI kits for making sausage/brats. Lots of great combinations. Keep up the great content!!

Nice video! Recipe looks like it would taste great also. One suggestion. You had "pre-tubed" casings (the blue plastic thing the casing was on). You slide the blue plastic part over the stuffer tube (with the casing still on the blue plastic) and when in place you just pull the blue plastic part out and your casings are loaded and ready to go. They come in different colors depending on brand, but here is a video on how pre-tubed casings work: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EcQuVRFjRxw.html The pre-tubed ones cost a little more but are generally the premium quality casings (and nice and long).
