In my experiemce, different tracks of aerospace have different possibilities. I have not known many graduates get into aerospace industry since there is hardly any in netherlands. The major one is GKN fokker which focusses specially on structures. Doing advanced aerodynamics topics such as compresssible aerodyanmics or aircraft design is only recommended if one is really interested in this topics and wants to do a Phd or is fine with changing industry on graduation. In addition the thesis supervision at Aerospace engineering is quite hands off. Thus, unless one is interested in doing some kind of experimental work, the cost of the studies is hardly justified since, the same computational studies can be done in other universities hopefully with a lower tuition or scholarship. Overall, one should be very clear about the objective of the Master's. If research is the goal then doing a master's elsewhere and then coming to TU Delft for a Phd is a much better option. If one wants to find a job, one should seriously consider mechanical engineering, since it has much more industrial connections, is less stressful than the aerospace faculty and also has more staff resources so you have better guidance during your internship and thesis

International students who have got admissions to TU Delft for 2020 - 22 are very worried what will happen to their admission. Will they receive a visa on time, will they be able to arrive in Netherlands? What the university is planning to do? It's all very confusing at the moment. Please keep the students updated through your videos.

Yes, as of now everything is going okay as planned by the universities but obviously as the situation develops there might be some announcement for any delay if any. So, I will definitely keep you updated if there is any sudden announcement by the Government for the incoming international students.

Hello there, I’m Ecuadorian and considering pursuing a master’s in AE in TU D and then getting a job in the industry, however I was wondering what are the challenges as an international student and if you need specific citizenship requirements like in the US, or is it easier and feasible enough to get a job in aerospace with say a common work visa.

Based on my experience in general for any Masters you get to know different professors during courses and then you contact some of them based on whom you like and your interests. How does this program compare with uni in the USA and also with German Counterparts (say TU Munich)? 3. 1. Check the uni website 2. My seniors did Aerospace in Iowa then worked in MIT and then MIT recommended to do Postdoc Research in TU Delft. That's what I can say, for more info contact Abhratej 3. Value of studying here in aerospace and then working in India, no idea. Again better contact Abhratej, or some LinkedIn alumni in your field!

Normally it is very flexible and they allow you to change tracks after joining. Should be possible and it is also a good idea to email the track coordinators regarding this in advance!

Don't see that many international Bachelors in Aerospace but I have found some International Bachelors in Computer Sc. in few universities and have made some interviews to give an idea on studying Bachelors in Netherlands and the experiences which will be released soon.

There are no houses and camping is only allowed on campings, but not permanently. Do not come. There are many international students ending up paying loads of money to a hotel or being homeless sleeping in parks either because there are no houses available or because they are scammed. Universities do not take their responsibilities both to Dutch students who are now unable to study in their native language and international students having housing problems.

Yes, you can change from one field to another but somtimes it is also checked if you have already done certain courses necessary to prove your prior knowledge. Also, will be a good idea to talk with alumni and justify this transition properly in your motivation letter.
