These are actually He Man and Skeletors very first concept design that got scrapped for the versions we know and love. The fact these even exist would make the creator designer T Mark Taylor proud...too bad he passed away before seeing these on shelves.

Love the new skeletor. I grabbed two because I had two of the original one. Throwing out the heads of the originals. I am using the new heads for all four figures. I love the new he-man too. More than I thought I would. Didn't care for the regular head, so I only need one, but l like the head with viking helmet! Great review!

A lot of these newer Revelations figures put me off this Masterverse line to start, but I got this Skeletor so now I'm in.

I didn’t know that this He-Man figure had the dagger sliding inside the boot, which is kind of cool. I think the only other He-Man figure with that feature was the very first one in Origins from the 2019 SDCC 2-pack. Other than that, not a fan of Viking He-Man at all. Skeletor, on the other hand, is definitely pretty cool-looking. I have to agree on pretty much everything you said about both figures! I have a feeling a lot of the New Eternia Masterverse figures are going to be very hit-and-miss unfortunately.

Good review dude! I myself dont mind the variations in the many face sculpts we've been getting. Makes my eyes more attentive and I like having different looks. However, Im not ecstatic about them. Im really digging the Skeletor and the HeMan isnt too shabby. For the cost I think these Masterverse figs are fantastic. New fresh sculpts. Soft goods and pin-less. Oh and great job at not factoring aspects of Classics....like so many others. If you did I didnt hear it anyways. Thanks for your work on this channel!👍👍🤘

I'm holding out for the 40th anniversary He-Man figure but that Skeletor does look awesome and I'd probably pick him up if I saw him in stores.

@@KylePeterson1980 he definitely looks the best out of any I've seen. The only other Skeletor head that I like is that ROE 2 pack from Origins. That Skeletor head looks great but the others just don't do it for me. I wonder if these Masterverse heads would fit on Origins and look ok?

Eternia HeMan. Look good to me got him like the 80. He look good. With 21 Castle Grayskul he look with castle okay have not got Eternia Skeleton soon. Okay God bless love Dwight 👍

I love the NE Skeletor and like you said, that second head was a game changer. I originally skipped the Revelation duo, but because of this figure I got all three. I use the 2nd NE head on the Revelation body. I skipped the NE He-Man because both the heads don't look correct to me either. It looks like an older He-Man who is trying to look young with Botox and fillers. Also another small detail that irks me about that figure is the fur parts are painted in this weird green-ish tone instead of something more normal like brown, tan, white, etc.

Was so stoked for these when they were first announced, but really disappointed with the Barbarian Skeletor due to his inability to hold his weapons. Could be a QC issue with mine, but his sword constantly falls out of his hands due to the curved handle, and don't even get me started on the Havoc Staff. The staff is far too bulky for either grip and causes the hands to flip and hold it upside down. I'd hoped the other staff from Revelations Skeletor would work, but because the staff is narrower this figure can't hold it. LOVE the design, but the weapons were a big letdown. Really the He-Man though! Yes he looks more like Thundar the Barbarian, but it's a vast improvement over Revelations. Plus the sword is way cooler looking and love the ability to switch the armor and store the dagger. Wish there was more compromise with the shoulders to do his power-up pose, but oh well. Great review as always!

You might have one that QC missed or I am lucky. Yes, the sword is a pain to get in his hand and have it stay. But I had no problem with the staff. Maybe your joints are too loose

Absolutely terrific definitely got to go as a goatee for one he's a skeleton face with that beard with a goatee Man for this guy magical or something for me I don't know I think the goatee makes them look a lot harder like epic tougher maximum tough mate
