Long ago, I had a boyfriend who suddenly leapt up from his chair and attacked a man for looking at me. He pulled him to the ground and other patrons of the bar intervened. Afterwards he kept begging my forgiveness, and eventually I relented. Some time later, he punched me and blackened my eye because I didn't want to sleep with him, as he was drunk. NEVER give a 2nd chance to an abuser. NEVER.

Why would he hide from police if he were also attacked by the attacker and not call out to police for help so close to him?

There were so many signs that he was dangerous and deranged, the most important being that he's a convicted violent felon, and the testimony and warnings of his first victim who survived.

Notice the arrogant way Terry holds his head. That is no accident.

Why is this even going to court. What defence can he possibly have??

Unfortunately Kate didn't head the warnings from the ex Gf Michelle Roger's despite the fact that Michelle sent photos of her having been stabbed by Terry. He was in jail for that and she knew why. I'm wondering if Kate gave testimony to the parole board which got him out only 3 years after nearly murdering Michelle. This is such a messed up case. He should get the death penalty for this. Unfortunately it won't bring back Kate and her Children now have no Mother. Surely she saw the signs and the escalating violence??? Didn't she reflect on Michelle's warnings I'm just so flabbergasted at this

Back in the 80's I was married to a narcissist sociopath. I was young and didn't even know about these kind of people. I almost died during a fight he started. He had a Rambo knife and it was the scariest thing I ever survived. He stalked me for months and threatened me at school to post things that people do now on the internet. He stole my car. There was no help since no one even could fathom what I was going through-I sounded like I was crazy. My father was even in law enforcement and we couldn't tell. You can't spot these people until it's too late. Even with knowledge now about these people there are still violent deaths.

He’s lost a lot of weight, an effort to not look like the intimidating bully he is no doubt. What is it with these guys?! I’m seeing so many trials where the girlfriend/wife had their throats slashed! 🤷‍♀️

Did y'all notice, on the 911 call, how long it actually took for the Operator to give directions on how to try to save that poor woman? She bled out and died during the 10 minutes of diections, house numbers, stats about the caller, does the caller know what happened does caller know victim, etc. Then after the lady calling said there was no more blood to pump out of wound, the dumb operator tells woman to leave victim and go get a clean towel to "stop the blood coming from the wound"!! Honestly, Florida is one of the dumbest states!!

Seeing the defence try to explain this one is going to be fun

The prosecutor is incredibly articulate/intelligent. Always impressed by people who have the ability to speak to a large audience almost effortlessly yet effectively

Unfortunately, I was married to “an idiot “ who every time we went out, accused me of talking or looking at another man which was true and I knew when we got home, it was gonna continue. Thank God , I got out. In actuality, he was having multiple affairs and impregnated one. 40 yrs later, this video brings up what a nightmare me and other women went thru. There was no where for me to go, embarrassed to talk to anyone at work or tell someone. The organization’s we have now to protect against domestic abuse were not around. I survived.

He stabbed the girlfriend that he had before her didn't he and again he keeps squaring up his shoulders he seems like a very arrogant man you just see how he lost weight to look like he's just a smaller man this man's guilty

Domestic violence between partners are awful. She probably didn’t know his prior incident of slashing an old girlfriend ( she survived). He has issues.

He’s a Fool not to plead guilty, he wouldn’t get death penalty. So obvious that he IS guilty. Narcissists just can NEVER admit they did anything wrong.

Unfortunately it seems like she got herself killed. So sad how she could even testify for this animal also how could she not tell her friends about his past and have this individual around them.

Normally when I watch these things and imagine the scene I just have to make things up in my head. I've lived in this town since 1993, and I'm familiar with all the locations he's talking about. I used to deliver pizzas in the early 2000s, and was probably in the Fishhawk neighborhood on a daily basis.

Court tv can't even have the decency or courtesy to pause a trial while they make their buck on commercials, so we don't miss a moment of what happened while court continues. I hate that about this channel. So rediculous having to miss, perhaps important/interesting facts like this. Other stations do in fact resume exactly where they left before commercial break (should they even play ads). 😡
