This man is possessed by the feeling of music in his interpretation and that is pure gold

How can something be so damned effortless for an artist.?. At 68 I feel, the man encapsulates everything that music today struggles to find even imagine.

He comes across so chilled, but from watching his docos, every note and musical placement is skilfully planned and executed. He is just so bloody great and making it look easy. He has to be in your top 5 by now just on technical skill alone. Throw in his amazing range, unique tone and artistic style and he should be up there with the 'greats' 😜

The ENTIRE Telluric album which, which this song is on, is straight fire!! I didn’t discover it until 2019 and still listen to it till this day in 2024. Not a ton of albums these days that you can just put on and listen to the entire thing. Matt Corby is super underrated!

Absolute Beast.

Both the songs from this particular Paste recording were my first introduction to Matt years ago, and I have never been the same. This version is my absolute favorite .There is absolutely no one, that can do what he can with his voice.
