When Topwood got change of use in 2018, it was food processing and cold storage so the 2010 approval to convert the building to a karting centre likely didn't progress.

Official opening was held Tuesday, 19 March 2019. Can offload from their truck onto a conveyor and shredder based on one pic. Some document storage is standard cardboard filing boxes on racks (article & website pics). Didn't see pics of the secure storage. Appears they do wear hi-vis in the warehouse space. Did a good refurbishment re-siding, trim and adding windows compared to the Fenmarc era; appears a new roof from google aerial. 2009 & 2011 street view appeared vacant and then jumps to 2021. Fenmarc Processed Foods supplied Asda and went into administration in 2008 and employed 190 in Wrexham. Business was formerly known as Pann Crisp when acquired by Lifecrown, parent company of Fenmarc in 2005. Article cites rising commodity costs and recall a different potato processing firm had similar issues during 2008 period (a BP Visits video). Fenmarc Produce in Cambridgeshire continues operation primarily supplying produce to Asda.

Thank you for the video. Great drone work,makes me want to buy one. These Topwood people were so lucky to get a good auditor who can still smile in the face of adversity and then tell them “see ya later” 😂 So much better than another auditor I could mention who always try’s the ridiculous “ GET BACK TO WORK” approach which is obviously wrong if you’re not the one responsible for paying their wages. This guy is always good & always at least one smile generated per video so well worth a watch👍⭐️

When you look on their website it quotes they are trusted by Councils, Large supermarkets and even the NHS to deal with sensitive documents and storage of their information. I wonder if these organisations realise they are dealing with a company that has no understanding of the basic laws regarding filming in public and CAA drone rules and what's more try to enforce their ignorance of basic laws upon Innocent Law Abiding members of the public in PUBLIC.

Good video, I am from that area. I have not heard of them before. I wouldn't have thought many companies still use paper, it's mainly all digital now. Someone did an audit on the police station and got arrested a while ago. The prison is quiet big, I think it can house up to 2000 but they are probably nowhere near that capacity.

Both of these guys have a terrible habit of asking a question, then as you begin to answer, immediately talking over you, usually with another question. No wonder they're not understanding anything and need to repeat the same few questions over and over and over.
