Yo mask don’t let the lost get the better of you your a hell of an arm wrestler... look at it as your just weak with technique atm ,in training most likely down slow up fast, real fast heavy weights good but be comfortable with the weight it doesn’t matter if you can’t lift it even a little movement is good enough just keep at it and you’ll be able to move it better every time not straight away obviously but it will happen bro just be confident brother know that your strong for you and your family like you say bro what gets you going is thinking of a scenario where someone is being negative toward your family and that makes you strong long story short main thing is you do it to protect your family and it just plain fun and healthy to do I guess haha well that’s what I think when I do it to kill time too haha well hope you get the message Matt mask stay healthy stay positive and was yuh hands! mask is the first name?
