Matteson hotel shut down due to code violations 

These violations didn’t just show up.

That bleeding heart "where they gonna go"? crap is all well and good. The people die in a fire and the same lady will cry "why wasn't I told?"

Found the hotel its in Matteson IL its Permanently closed guess they didn't make the deadline

supposed to be inspected EVERY YEAR who's not doing their job????????

They can't shut a building down for those reasons. A building can only be shut down if people are in direct danger like if the fire exits are blocked or a collapsing wall or something major like that

Where is all that COVID relief that people were talking about not to long ago?? Cut them a check and get the motel fixed. What is the problem?

Why is this such a big story. This is like the third story I've seen about a hotel getting shut down. Who cares?
