When God reveals to a person the truth about Jesus being both fully human and fully God, the core of the Gospel, and that person begins confessing and living that new reality becoming a disciple of Jesus, that revelation and confession begins to become inseparable and indistinguishable from that person. And as that person withholds or confesses that Gospel to others, they keep locked or open the Kingdom of God, for others to reject or accept, remaining bound in their sin, or loosed from it, here in this life, and therefor in the next.
