I bought what I believe to be the ORIGINAL model of the AZTEK sometime after 2000, but I'm sure before 2010. I took it out of the box, looked at it. I think I did a test spray with crappy results, put it away and I haven't touched it since. I'm now getting back into a paint-centric hobby, and I broke it out again to look at it and I've watched some vids. It's apparently NOT the crappy brush I thought it was. But your video is the first time anyone has addressed proper set-up of the brush for use. Thank you. I am giving you a thumbs up, I am subscribing, and I am SAVING for future reference. Thank you, sir!!!!
I have been using the A470 for 5 years now and I have to say it's very easy to use and also very easy to clean. I have been thinking about upgrading and buying a Paasche or Iwata but really can't justify the expense when this one does everything I need it to do. Great video and thanks for the info!
Lots of places stock them, but you'll probably need an adaptor, what type of hose/compressor set up do you have? If it's 'Iwata' style (1/8th BSP) air-hose and compressor, I think that this (hereunder) is what you're looking for then you just add any adjustable valve/MAC valve. Search for:- (RU-vid wouldn't let me post the link that I wanted to🙄☹️). Good luck😊👍
Anybody knows if the old Aztek demo video that came with the airbrush is around here somewhere on RU-vid? The one that had the animated figure that looked like a bomb.
