This is a compilation of several short videos Max's Aunt Sheila filmed. You will see him with his pappy, his grandma and his uncle Chet. Max was still trying to attack my mom's camera in the one part.

when Max mumbles in a low key, I picture this older man puttering around in his workshop and making comments about whether it looks right or not, is working etc. and Max having sat nearby just listening to it all day long. Then to cheer him up, Max would screech and the guy may have laughed.......one of a million theories for sure.

I reckon Max knows he's a little star and importantly,knows how much he's loved...I think he knows exactly what he's saying too but in his language,he can probably get away with saying a whole lot more..Absolutely adorable. .. Thank you again for these wonderful clips..
I thought I heard Max say the word "play" and maybe "go somewhere" when Uncle Chet was telling Max how he didn't understand him. Uncle Chet said it in a calm way which kept Max talking but not all excited. The birdysitting family has a nice touch with Max!
Uncle Chet is in LOVE with Maxwell, as we all are!!! Thanks to your parents and sister taking such good care of him while you are away on a much needed vacation!!
The look on your Dads face when Max was on him....it was so cute...you can tell your Dad (and family) really love him. I didn't realize how big he was til I saw your Uncle talking to him
Oh my gosh Dan, this has become another fave video of mine. The exchange between him and his uncle chest had me laughing so hard I woke up my hubby!! you've got to go out more often so Max's family can come and birdiesit. I enjoyed all the vids but this one has become a fave. Nothing better then family, Grammy 👵, pappy👴, auntie Sheila & uncle chet👧👨💛💜
It's great to see that Max likes the company of other people and doesn't flip out. My cockatiel is absolutely paranoid and frightened around everyone that visits.
Max is certainly loved even when he tries to steal coffee, screeches in the ear or attack Grandma's camera. I know exactly what he said, he loves you all, but where is Daddy, he has been gone long enough and I like my routine 😆. Wow Dan, you are very like your dad I saw his mannerism and speech are yours too.
I read every comment, and i have it automatically flag certain words so I can review the comments and approve them. It's a lot of work, but I don't deal with hate and rudeness.

awww so sad this is the last one... was awesome to see little Max love spending time with his family. I know he misses his Daddy so very much but all Grandbaby's love to be spoiled by the Grandparents!!!! So happy he has so many people that love him so much
Pappy was brave when Max started to flap his wings, pappy didn't flinch. About the hats , I once walked into the room wearing rollers in my hair, and my CAG screamed, fell from his perch, and laid on his back at the bottom of the cage! I think he thought something was attacking my head. He HATES hats.
I absolutely adored this! Max took advantage and climbed on your Dad's back. I don't think he was being aggressive; I think he was just showing off his wings, crest and feathers. He loves Grand Ma and Pappy. He wanted to show off his feathers. He's pretty smart and he knew the camera lens was on him. He looked into the lens quite a few times and was on his best behavior. I noticed he wasn't too lippy. He was using his inner bird voice. It's so funny that Max looked straight at the lens then was on his best behavior. I'm curious to know if he got lippier when they put the camera down? This warmed my heart to see his Grandma and Pappy interacting with him and adoring him. He sure does know it! h
Max is thrilled by all of the company. Dan, you might be getting a wee bit of the cold shoulder after leaving him for so long. It won't last long because Max loves you to the moon and back.
I always felt spoiled when i would stay with my grandparents lol. I miss them...sadly all of my biological grandparents have passed. Love your family Dan and Max
Hint for Max, never and I mean never come between a woman and her coffee, especially Grandmas or she'll have your hiney! Bit when Jack and Max were having a conversation was very funny!
Aww! So sorry about your bird, so happy you have Max to brighten your day! I find myself singing, "Toes, toes, toes, belly, belly, belly and-a beak, beak, beak! for no particular reason. I have no pets to practice that tune on...it's just stuck in my head as I visualize Dan doing that to soothe Max the couple of times Max was all puffed up...

I gave myself a headache trying to figure out what Max was saying, until I accepted it's bird talk that sometimes sounds almost human. A dove coos and a coyote yips (which usually means "here, I'm here, and I got something too!")
That's almost uncomfortable to watch the interaction with Chet. Max is a good boy, and you can tell he's trying to work thru all the excitement. I think your Dad has the best energy for Max, Mom being a close second.Must be where you get it from ;-)

That's the whole purpose for his uncle Chet not to understand his Maxjiber language. Max sure screeched loud in his grandpa's ears ouch. Now Max can get back into his routine. lol
He behaves well with them. He seems to enjoy them being there, even if he stays kind of quiet. It's like a kid behaving for his babysitter and acting up when mom and dad are home. Your mom and dad seem to like him, and he knows that
Dan, your dad and you could almost be twins! LOL! You both have very nice faces too! I was wondering if you were a quiet kid when you were a youngster? You always film Max so well...you tend not to talk thru your videos as I usually do when I am filming a friend’s toy poodles for FB! You always look thoughtful and also seem so good with your filming job with regards to Max and everything around him! That’s what makes your videos so good to watch! I wish we could see the rest of your family as well!
