Met this man about 2 weeks ago at a workshop here in Bakersfield... we were fortunate to have his teach a class. It was the best spent 90 minutes... What a good guy.
I love it! When you stop to think about it, it's so obvious, but we rarely do. We make it the last thing we think about, and one day it will be the last thing we think about ;) Breathe deep a dozen times and you'll rid yourself of many worries...
