These guys literally opened my eyes. I added trigger sessions into my workouts and saw a considerable difference within just 2 weeks, so I definitely recommend it :) You are awesome, guys!
I enjoy trigger sessions because if I'm itching to go lift and I know it's not time to hit that muscle hard yet, the trigger session satisfies that hunger to go fuck myself up.
I listen to you guys almost daily. I have worked out most of my life. So learning how to do it better with you all!! Thank you. I incorporate all your suggestions and have learned so much. Thank you
Runners have been doing this for decades, right? I would always alternate hard workouts and recovery runs in my marathon training. It wasn't focused on "muscle building signal" per se, but bringing blood to the leg muscles for faster recovery while giving you another cardio workout.
How should we utilise the anabolic effect of the trigger sessions? For example, if I do deadlifts on Mondays. Do I trigger deadlift on Thursday/Friday, or on Tuesday? So, trigger at the centre of two deadlift sessions, or as close following the session as possible?
How do these differ from exercise "snacks" like when you are in a confined space, cannot go out and simply do push ups, like one set of 25 every hour of so, to take your mind of work?
So we do the trigger session of the respected muscle we did a day or two before in the gym? Like say I did - shoulders on Wednesday and I do a trigger session on Fri or Sat? Is that right?
when you guys say full body work outs , do you mean working out every body part in 1 work out 3 days a weeks? Do I do a lighter weight and do more sets or less sets? Right now I do a split work out but I want to maximize muscle definition and mass. On Monday I do chest ,abs, calfes 4 sets 15 rep. Tuesday shoulders, upper and lower back abs. Wednesday Arms and legs. How do I full body work out and incorporate the trigger sessions ?
hell yeah im here in 2021 :D Hows anabolic? Was thinking about buying it but one the other hand im already doing a very similar routine. Just withouth these trigger session, thats why im here :)
@@Dan-sw8tg anabolic is great. I have lifted for 15 years and have used anything from 5x5, starting strength, Wendler, etc. MAPs Anabolic, and MAPs aesthetics are great.
TOTAL BULLSHIT You can use light cardio to pump fresh blood into the muscles for post workout recovery. And those manual labourers building muscle on the job is down to genetics. Not every mechanic has big forearms and not every postman has big calves.
