Thank you Sonal for great content! Could you make a video on Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years question? It really took me off guard recently and I think others might have felt it too!
Hello I watch all your videos and love the information you share. . I learned so much. Quick question, I show no videos about this issue. I currently have over 16 years of experience in a field, I don't look my age and people that interview me, act differently when they see me in person. I am thinking they don't believe my experience based on my young look. I am 38 and look 28. What can I do so I look more creditable! Should I tell them my age so I look more creditable in the interview?. I have a job interview coming up. Thank you so much for helping and thanks for all the good videos.

Hi, I am in a company since a year. I am having a bond of 2 years but I want to leave the company now. If I leave now they won't provide me the experience letter. So, should I resign or give less output in my work so that they terminate me? I think they must have to provide experience letter when they terminate me. Can you please help me in this matter and provide me some guidance.
This is a great question. I can understand your problem. You should never give less output and wait for termination. That would be unprofessional. There should be a clause in your bond that would give you an amount which you have to pay the company in case you leave before 2 years. For example, if it says that you have to pay 1 lac if you leave before 2 years and you have already spent 8 months then you only have to pay 67 K. This money is calculated on a prorata basis and can be adjusted with your full and final settlement. So, if your full and final amount comes to 30 K then you have to pay the remaining of 37K and not the complete 1 Lac. I hope this helps.
Mam what would be some best books to read for getting a 1st big salary as fresher in new job through Negotiations ? What sets apart a high value employee from rest of the others in terms of making more Money..
What sets apart a high value employee from rest of the others is that they think about the entire team and project instead of just thinking about themselves.
@@CareerexcellencewithMadhurima Thanks a Ton 😊 Could you also suggest some best books to read for on this topic according to your wisdom.. i have subscribed your channel also as it has valuable content.
@@mohibquadri4053 I am not aware of any particular book. Freshers can design their resume, optimize their LinkedIn profile and conduct market research in order to ger their first big salary.
Mohib sorry I missed your question, as I take questions during my weekly live, much easier to answer and that too in real time! I have 3 resources I refer to, by Chris Voss, Bob Burg and Bushra Azhar.
@@SuperChargeYourself It's alright i understand. Thanks for suggesting these 3 names 😊 they really have a lot of interesting wisdom on persuasion skills.
