yes it is a new program. Yeah all these programs have been recorded about 7 months prior for my membership site. And then I just release the older programs on youtube for free.

Yes I have a membership site with all the programs I've done on there - more than on youtube. It also gives you unlimited access to my training app and you can join the workouts live on zoom 5 days a week and workout along side me. So there will be 2 rest days per week and you can take them whenever you feel like your body needs it. I will be releasing the workouts Mon-Friday.
