Miss Helen, as hot weather comes , don’t forget to drink your water! I know you aren’t a fan of it, and I was once like that. But through health issues I have learned, water is so so important to our bodies. We are actually made mostly of water. So I have learned to drink it even when not thirsty, and staying hydrated makes me much better. You can still have your coffee and some Sprite. But water is essential. Saying as a former not liking to drink water person. You look marvelous today, btw.

I agree, but she has said she does not like water. When I have been in the yard I come inside and think I am hungry, but it is because I am getting dehydrated. I drink around 4-6 20oz. bottles of water a day and yes, it does make you feel better. I love miss Helen.

Try to be more positive when you begin your video, we as viewers don't expect anything different. Don't try to be anyone else. Helen,my daughter Amber got me one of those collapsible wagons,its a nice red bird color and it folds up so easy and will hold up to 250lbs..comes in handy for lots of garbage to take out to the dumpster monster 😅, And my daughter bought it from Wal-Mart.

I wish I lived around you I'd be helping separating those chickens & making it easier to let out for you. I understand the independence because I'm very independent but it seems like I hurt people's feelings not to let them help me. I remember helping my grandma & it made me feel so good. I don't want to take that away from them . They are being blessed by God .

Bloom'n Star was coming out, but got shushed back in the pen, by one of the Silkies. I think that it was a rooster. He stands guard at the door sometimes. 😂

I saw a you tube video that said when the hens are sitting for too long, to place their underside in cool water in a bucket. It may work the first time if not do again.

Good morning to you all Gramma and Family !You are saying Cody is in Seattle waiting to go through his classes before the ship leaves for the Salmon Run ..... Seattle. is on the coast in Washington- - -lots of rain daily and big, big city over Sno- qual-a-mie mountain pass from me- - -cherries are first crop coming ripe just about now- -we are in hay country and almost time for first cutting. I don’t have time to watch RU-vid much anymore. So, I’m curious where Cody is working or what he’s doing. Sounds like he’s way off somewhere working offshore or something. He wasn’t doing that last time I was able to watch, so I’m just curious. Now days, I know many have to travel and go off to work with jobs being scarce etc. It’s so good he calls you often. Your blouse is pretty! .

Okay I listened more and it sounds like he’s off in alaska fishing a boat! Wow! Well, I hope it is just for a month or so and not permanent. Well, he will be safe grandma and I’m sure he will be home soon. I hope it’s not full time. Wonder what made him want to do that? I guess it’s an adventure and hopefully he will make some good money. Im sure he sends you pictures, im sure it’s beautiful up there
