@@molochz check out "blood fire and death" it's mostly about Swedish metal but Jorn speaks a lot in regards to Dead, his emotions and the grief he dealt with (which of course Euronymous had none) not to mention his photo book of the true mayhem, great reads
@@molochz he's embarrased for sure. he couldn't wait to get out of Mayhem and he left not so long after. to me Blasphemer was the best musician Mayhem has had, but he was out of place when you see any interviews and stuff like that.

You gotta give it to the interviewer: he looks like nerdy Steven Wilson minus the glasses and he’s talking with one of the heaviest bands in the Scandinavian scene. But then again, all accounts claim Necrobutcher is a really nice guy. He was just having some drunken fun.
Black metal was never meant to be a overly popular kind of music. Nor was it meant to be PC/safe space. We still hold to the truth that black metal is militant revolutionary music that is meant to offend and stay in the underground... No posers/No glam/No safe space!!!
I actually don't see Necrobutcher going after Sam in this, like everyone seems to think. I think he was aiming it as hypothetical people, just it was heated. Sam took it the wrong way the big softie
I’ve seen interviews with both Necrobutcher & Maniac, where the whole time Blasphemer is just like 🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻 I can’t believe he managed to stay in the band as long as he did. 😂He seems pretty chill and levelheaded.
I always think of this band as being in a different category then all the other metal bands - you hear lots of whinging and defensive stances on metal and how its just art - Its not just art to these guys - no whinging - no defence - straight for the jugular Fuck you we are the best......... Then the dude pussies out of the interview Awesome
Hahha , how it feels like this was just yesterday , wtf ... great times , was as out of control as these guys were when I 1st saw this ... God, do I miss those days when I would invariably wake up with a big grin on my face no matter what .
