I don't live in Maryland but I do enjoy watching WBFF updates on RU-vid especially seeing Mikenzie Frost's dead pan expression as she makes Scott squirm. As for the 13 million being allocated with reportedly little if any oversight the governor should maybe direct the state bureau of investigation to perform a forensic financial investigation to make sure there is no waste or fraud and everything is on the up and up. Not saying that it isn't.

Iam, not familiar with this program. But when you have security type, set ups. You need a headquarters command center with boots on the grounds , with radios, cameras. and in today world . Drones would be helpful for complete communication. Connection with law enforcement at the ready also. and end the party in the day light hours.

I don’t understand why these people think you can solve juvenile crime without parents participation. 🧐 The guardians and/or parents need to be charged along with their kids because they are responsible for them. Unless you are going to put all these kids in orphanages. If they can’t control their kids then they don’t need to have them or should ask for help. Instead they collect welfare and tax breaks so why not have accountability? The same for school grades because if they can’t help their kids with homework then they need to be in a class with them. This all starts at home so I really believe these people don’t want to resolve this because they won’t have a job then. The issue in the communities of color is this pandering and lack of common sense which results in a small number of bad actors taking away the quality of life and safety for residents who want to better. These fake leaders are not the ones who live in these crime infested neighborhoods because they are rich from the kickbacks and these funds they are getting. Why not just employ the kids with all this money? Instead it’s giving rise to fraud with fake payrolls and workers who can’t control the kids either. The Village model is broken beyond repair. Throwing taxpayer money at it won’t help and it’s really a shame that the people who really need help will never get it. 🤬🤔. It’s very easy to monitor outcomes but these politicians don’t want that and Baltimore residents need to demand more but they are being pacified with weed while their kids are being murdered or destroyed with no future.
