I love MX-5's but I'm also a guy that prefers coupes over soft tops. I have a hard top fixed to my NA that rarely comes off. That being said, I like the looks of the RF much better than the roadster, and you get everything I want from the MX-5 with basically a coupe roof. The RF is my choice by a longshot.

I do like it but I agree it looks odd from certain angles, rear/side profile kinda wants the roof to be slimmer!

Morten Berg They do. MX5s definitely have some scuttle-shake. But putting the roof up on an RF definitely reduces it.

The sound quality on this video is bad. As long as basic video qualities aren't good I cannot take the host's negative comments on finishing details on a much more complex product seriously.

The car looks gorky? Says the 9 stone man with thinning hair in a cheap Parker. Also lowering it is a stupid idea. The comfortable ride is one of the things that makes an MX-5. Why try and turn every car into a Focus RS? Its nice to have alternatives. This pundit is a man-child. Not enough power to trouble a rice pudding skin. Just review hot hatches. You only care about kevved up cars.

This video is at least 5 minutes too long, cut the middle 5 mins out and it wouldn't be any worse since nothing worthwhile was actually said. Far too long watching the side of someones head waffles on about irrelevant stuff. We want to know how it handles, how bad is the wind noise with the roof down, how does that compare to the soft top etc.
