me too ma'am, i grew up listening to frankie , while my mom was cleaning the house in Louisiana and then on summer breaks to my aunt house in houston Texas while she was cleaning up, and to my best friend house while her mom was cleaning and on the weekends. my best friend and i attended our first Budweiser Superfest in new orleans louisiana at age 13 years old , I'm now 57 years old and between houston and louisiana I have attending all of Frankie Beverly concerts, wearing the cleanest White attire , call me old school. Frankie doesn't even have to sing because I sing for him , at every jazz fest in new orleans that he grace the stage, I don't sit down until i hear I wanna thank you is over and Frankie says Good night. back in the day he used to go back stage , then we start yelling we want Frankie , We want frankie, he would come back and sing , I wanna thank you. I Love that man he puts such joy and happiness in my heart, when my son was 7 and if i was mad at him , he would put Frankie music on and i would forget I was mad. my two Fame to claims in life for joy and a good time is New orleans saints Football games and Maze Featuring Frankie Beverly, I attend other concerts , but none can compare in my heart like Frankie Beverly, I used to enjoy seeing jubu after that Young Buck joined the band, but when they started their own band singing and playing Frankie songs, I took that as a total disrespect. because Frankie is still playing and performing his own music , it's ok to start your own band and leave Frankie , but don't use his music in order to steal his Fans, that's just wrong to me, Even if management had issues or Frankie was wrong, still start your band with your writing , arranging , and music if you're talented enough to go out on your own, so I won't even go see them or listen to them.
