I might be stupid or something but honestly... I've been looking for this track since it came out!!! OMG!!!!!! FINALLLY!!!!!!!!!! It's in my playlist BOOMIN' ON GRATIOT AVENUE!!! Takin it back to 1992 in the A.M. when radio had this on live at the club when I was just 16 and couldn't go. Driving around mad bassin' it up! Boom Boom!!!! "Turn that ish down kid!" I turned it up.
When I worked at Jam Sound in Detroit in the early 90's, this was one of the go-to tracks to test out a new subwoofer with. If the ride sounded good off of this joint here, you knew you had a happy customer.
it's unbelievable how this so use to bang through damn near every speaker in Detroit back in the day. me being a dancer, this music use to get in my body and just take over. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT STILL TO THIS DAY. I'M 46
Oh daaaaaaamn!! Used to bump this back in '92 in Baton Rouge, LA back when Shaq was playing b-ball at LSU at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on campus...those were some great times. Remember varsity B-Ball at Episcopal High School and we played an away game and the opposimg team played this song during warmup!!!!
back in my highschool days we used to listen to this in the car with homemade speaker boxes with subwoofers from radio shack, with the sherwood 240 amp, and shake the block!
We sure did..Detroit All Dam Day., Westside..Good Ass Drumline Song..They should come out with a PT 3 and rock this..One Hellva beat. The Bass is wat get's me..Something About the Bass in this song, and the Rhythm..It does something to me..Everytime i hear this,I loose control..Who still listening May 2018???
Man i live for 1:19-1:26 that beat is 🔥 through the whole record. TLC was lit when they used that particular beat at the end of their performance during the 1996 Grammy Awards.
I had a i-roc-z with 2 15's in the back in the 90's and was hitting so hard you can hear me before I turned the corner of my block. I cracked my windshield playing this and Magic Mike. Man this is the jam with them highs coming from the dome head tweeters mounted all over the inside roof of that car
I Had and 84 firebird with T top's ALPINE RADIO Rockford Fasgate speaker box 12" with hi pro series treeters with an epicenter bass Modulator MAN !!! THOSE WAS THE DAY'ZZZ I made my car a Two Seater when I was by myself by folding the back Seats down May ✌🏾Be onto you ✊🏾
I too was born in July 67, and this music reminds me of the Louisiana club scene in Baton Rouge and New Orleans when I lived there during my time at LSU in the 80's!
This is it!! My high school days back in ATL, we would form a line and break out with our dance move. Let me see if I still got it. Pause. Yep, still got it! lol
Wow. My close cousin from ATL came up to Ohio(I'm in TX now)way back in the day and put us on this song. I already knew who ADE was though. I had his first entire tape album.
I just heard this on @The late show with Steven Colbert Super Bow Special show . Just like Tom Brady .Cant stop the train. 7 super bowls. Respect! Heard this in 1989.
Saudades de dois amigos da pedreira ( boi e cabelinho ) quando eu estava com eles gostava de estar mechendo no som dele só para ouvir estes batidao que Deus o tenha em um bom lugar. Quem é da pedreira sabe de quem eu falo
Rolling in the "D" killing this track with Stillwater KICKER 18's way back in the day!!!! Zeus was the only amp that could push them 18's right back then...
Miami was the place where bass was born maggotron was the king with "the bass that ate miami" or" return to the planet of bass" , Dj Laz with "mami el negro" Mc.ADE with "Bass Mechanic" most of these tracks sampled old school music in turn resulted in mix tracks with dope ass scratching and cutting up styles
I Had To Be Dancing Next To Those Big Club Speakers When This Song Was Being Played.......Aaaaaah The Bass Felt So GOOD!!! Who else got mad if the DJ did not play the extended version LOL :P!!!!
