Very nice set! And I am glad that I am not the only one running into "the usual" MC-707 glitches: "sudden knob changes" and "voice stealing". For the latter I actually got myself an old JV-1010, those extra voices can really help out sometimes. (Of course you lose a track to MIDI.) Oh! Almost forgot: Thanks for showing me that "trick" of holding SEL and hitting a step to get a repeat/roll, gotta play with that.

Awesome! It's amazing how you mastered all these styles. This set brings back the early 90s house vibe in a great way. Including the Plastic Dreams vibe around the 25 minute mark, one of my all time favourites. Great stuff, definitely getting this project!

Alex, are you using purely Zencore sounds or are there some sample / looper tracks in your set?

Hi, well, you call it 16 songs, but I would call it 16 beats. I mean, I've been a DJ for years now and House-ish music, like Nu Disco, is still probably the genre I have the most. As such I can tell you that House doesn't have to be the same 16 beats . There may be an intro, outro, verse and even bridge. Those are often Disco covers in Disco House, but Classic House and such often was made like this. Especially if it was programmed on somthing like an Akai MPC. I think I will add my Pioneer mixer to add least some white noise. Good thing those have white noise generators since a decade or so in them. But again, that wasn't normal in say, 1993 - or thirty years ago. As such, I'd call this Retro Classic Ibiza House. Well done, anyhow!

How far into synthesis programming do you go with this thing? I'm interested in getting one but it seems people just use the presets?

So its a drum machine and sequence r all in one do you need a keyboard to play the notes ???

Can it be programmed and track out the sounds in protools or Ableton or does it do live manual ???

Come to think of it, you can set one channel as white noise with a filter, right? But as examples of House music that is not one loop only: Sleep Talk, Groovejet and Dove. Those in the know know, but that's ATFC, Spiller and Moony. Just to name three hits. In fact, Beatport often puts loophased house in House and not-so-loop-based in Nu Disco / Disco. Half of the latter is actually Disco House imho, but okay.
