Oh for anyone wondering about the "slight variation" its that "99 cent" logo on the bottom right. Not completely sure why the other Quake commercial on RU-vid doesn't have this or in turn why this version has this.
In addition, the Big n’ Tasty version we already have has different audio - in this one, Mac says "Did somebody say McDonald's?" rather than "And it's going on at McDonald's" - we've heard this audio in the Big Screen McRib version, but not in an ad for the Big n' Tasty.
