My opinion on your reasoning? I feel lots of "actual" ASMR is forced. This is just dude with a GoPro strapped to his chest filming his day to day at McDonalds. Its real, raw, un-forced, un-filtered and there is no forced trying. Videos like this or some (some) of the chiropractor videos or surgery videos, or literally anyone like Stephen here with a camera strapped to their chest is WAY better natural ASMR than some guy/girl whispering into a microphone or chewing food, etc. in front of a microphone. Videos like this are unintended ASMR because its just natural in the moment.
I watch this during the day before work at night (McDonald’s also) they have such a clean restaurant bc whenever I go to work ours looks like a bombshell none of the kids clean it at night it’s just left for whoever else to clean up
Everything you do shows a logical, consistent routine. I am now inspired to be this efficient and organized, even though I don't assemble McDonald's food products.
You clearly did not watch the video. I am 4 mins in, and he has been so clumsy making mistakes lol. Dropping nuggets, dropping buns, using wrong sauce etc lol.
@@random19911004 I watched the entire thing, as well as all his other videos. If you're going to be so nitpicky about them, maybe you should watch other RU-vid channels.
@@random19911004 I don't come here to criticize him, but to praise him. Overall he provides us with a fascinating look behind the scenes. Let's leave it at that, shall we?
yep i used to do that position all the time, i loved closing grill didnt mind the rushes made time go by faster, also it may be more work making the sandwitches but its not so stressful back in grill as it is on drive through
These types of videos give me greater respect for everyone working in the fast food industry, a busy store like this with his position would be so draining by the end of the shift. Great to see you throwing out food that you deem unfit for your customers, I wish there were more like that around here. Great video!
I've been working in the same resturaunt as my first job for two years, and whenever I complain about how frustrated I get with the inefficiencies of the store, my father always gets confused. He loved working at McDonalds as a kid, and I meter understood. Now I do. This genuinely, truly looks like fun. Love the channel!
As I said in your last video, I LOVE the longer videos! It’s also great to see those mistakes as it keeps the vids relatable. It also adds a bit of comedy to it too. Keep up the great work with the videos but also filling those hungry stomachs!
never worked at mcdonalds but worked the oven at a pizzeria and i love these videos. when it’s busy, you’re somewhere in between thinking about everything and thinking about nothing just acting off instinct. kinda crazy, thanks for the upload
Thank you so much for your videos! I am a shift manager at a local McDonald’s here in Tennessee and you help me improve my skills everyday! I always love learning something new! There’s been times I’ve had to do table and grill due to being short staffed on certain days! Kind of sucks but it is what it is! You rock man! I’d love to have you at my store!
It's kind of a weird phenomenon that just comes with working in a kitchen. Ninja reflexes and oven mitts for hands. Haven't worked on a line in a few years, but it stays with you.
I appreciate you working so hard. When I go to any fast food place, I always say please, thank you and try to compliment the worker to make their day better. Working in fast food is not easy.
I’ve worked overnight for a few months now and I’m 22, live in Philadelphia and people always call out and quit so I’ve been in the kitchen by myself a lot now so I know how overwhelming all of this can get. Your fantastic your videos teach me finesse love it man😊
I worked at McDonald’s in 2013 when I was 16-17 years old. This makes me miss working there because it was my first job, and I was so proficient at it like you are!
Dude is a friggin machine! Don’t even know how these videos popped up but been sitting here for at least an hour watching. I wish the Mc D’s around me could work like this guy.
I just found this channel and I’m so glad it exists! I hope everyone watches these videos so they can appreciate the kind of work fast food employees do constantly everyday! Maybe customers wouldn’t be so rude and become humbled next time they go inside or enter that drive through!
I have a love hate relationship with your videos lol. Love the behind the scenes action watching everything being made but hate it because they make me so damn hungry haha. Keep up the good work.
used to work at bakers delight (a mostly Australian bakery chain) its been years since i worked there but every now and then i hear that oven alarm and my heart rate goes soaring xD
The spelled nugget, the bun, it reminds me of being a barista and either not making enough steamed milk or dropping a pastry. Don't blame you for leaving it be since I think they'd appreciate 19 nuggets fast than 20 nuggets late imo. With any job, there's people that come up short and folks that excel, this is fun to watch. I respect everyone especially those who can and do work for a living, not sure how some folks have strayed from that
Been there and done that. By yourself can be challenging at times but I've done it for hours at a time before. As long as I had help dropping back line i was good. It can also be exhausting after sometime if you are constantly getting slammed. Almost everyone at the store i worked at called it getting "slammed." Meaning getting alot of orders that dont have a break in between and the order screen fills up fast.
You know I never really knew how hard it was being a fast food employee like everybody memes on the broken ice cream machine but you see these guys so busy and stuff
it's funny, because even though he may seem like he is working fast to keep up he is actually still doing well on time for each order. Sometimes working by yourself during a slight rush or even a rush makes more sense.
I see you kicking ass and taking names and it makes me want McDonalds. Then I remember that my local McD's are not fine tuned mahines like yours and I recall why I don't go.....
Dude these are so satisfying to watch. How I found myself watching this at 2 am before bed idk but I love it and think I will continue every night LMAO
This makes you a lot more appreciative of the people working in the back that you never see and end forgetting are actually there. Fast food work will always have my respect, the people you hear talking trash about people who work fast food wouldn’t last an hour trying to do this
you’re insanely lucky to still have workers drop stuff for grill and fryer. when i’m alone i have to drop it myself and it really slows down the process
I always knew there was more to making a burger at McDonald’s but never realized it’s more than what I’m seeing in these videos. I’ve never been a mean customer since I know how working at a restaurant can be but seeing how sometimes it’s a one man army I have a better understanding! Love the videos btw!
I've been a software engineer for 40 years and when I retire in 2 years I'm going to get a part time job at McDonald's on the food prep line to keep my mind sharp.
I work at mcdonalds right now and they're is a lot of things that are similar between the two. I don't do table I bag mostly but I wish some of our cooks had this kind of routine XD
I worked at McDonald's 35 years ago for two years. Man, things sure have changed in the SpeeDee system. We worked the grill and assembled all of the sandwiches as a single job. It was fun to work there. It looks like this newer efficiency would be a blast to work with. Love watching these videos.
I really like your vids and it gives a new found respect for the job you do. I have worked alone in BK's kitchen and hav had the same hustle your on. I give you much props for the devotion to the job. Alot of pple just dnt know.
I’m so glad you did the whisper… “like and subscribe” at the end. I thought you forgot and it always makes me laugh for some reason. In a good way! 😂👍🏼
Bro. The amount of skill, can tell you've been doing it 1.5years at least. I'm just getting good at Culvers lol😥 Culvers is definitely a challenge though and I like it
