Oh and for being precise, the damage was actually "Too good" so that we didn't finish on the peak DPS here, which we did in 6.28. So 1 or 2 seconds later, DPS would have been 9900 or even 10k easily

amazing video! fell in love with machinist lately and really wanna learn it this time - so with this I finally have a good rotation to learn. but one thing i had seen in another vid: is it really okay to use other skills aside from heat blast, gauss round/ricochet while hypercharge is up?

I wouldn't do that personally, but technically yes. Hypercharge is a stack system now not a timer. So you could use another ability during that time

actually had a SAM ask me my ilvl in p6s cause i was out dpsing him, suck it! highest nDPS so far with BiS gear is 10.2k in a p5s highest rDPS so far has been 10.8k in a p6s highest opener DPS has been around 18k rDPS and easily breaching 11k rDPS during burst windows

That speaks more about the sam then it does mch. Under no circumstance should that have happened. Why bring a sam if they r gonna do less dmg then a mch

Mostly Late Allagan Chest (the one from Wolf Marks) combined with Basic Tights and no.2 Type B Boots. And last but not least, the MCH Anima Weapon 👍

@@ayro0638 as someone who's mained both MCH and BLM for some time. it's super easy compared to BLM. other than the opener it basically boils down to doing your 1 2 3 combo and pressing buttons when they're off cooldown

6.28 cleared the duty with ~35 seconds left on the timer, while 6.3 cleared it with ~40 seconds. So yes, but I don't know how big of a change that is

It’s still too early to know fully but according to fflogs, MCH does 9729 rdps on the 50th percentile, which is almost a 200dps increase. This makes MCH shoot from lowest rdps to higher than SMN

@@lilyabrams3547 in theory it's a 3% increase in dps which is A LOT. i wouldn't be suprised if machinist becomes the top ranged rdps (stil lower than meele and blm)

It feels weaker in this patch and a 2 min single target reprisal isn't ggod enough to warrant being at the bottom of the dps chart in most pulls. Machinists is still a throw away class and Yoshi-P and them have no clue how to to actually make it worth bringing.
