I have two of the monoblocked paired with the c2600 and Tannoy Ardens speakers and will never need anything else. I have to listen everyday its been 6 years now and never get enough. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for posting this Clint. Have you or any of your viewers yet developed any listening impressions about the two upgradable DACs that McIntosh makes..the DA1,found in this M49 Preamp, and the newer DA2? Tx, D'
For a preamp, we are using the MAC7200 receiver's preouts to the MC275. That was we can power one speaker from the receiver's amp, and another pair from the MC275 amp.
@@xtendtechnologies1004 Your hookup turns out to be similar to what I decided to do. I picked up an MA352 Hybrid amp to power a 2 channel system in my retirement home. And then I discovered OUTPUT 2 was full range and not limited as a SubWoofer output. That was all I needed to decided to get the MC275 as a 2nd amp. I now have Tube/SS and Tube/Tube. I run both at the same time with a pair of Klipsch Forte IIs on the MC275 and a pair of JBL KL-100 Classics on the MA352. I use a Niles speaker control to balance the speakers.
