Wayno gets back in the saddle and has a combined first dirt ride back and shakedown with some updates on the Tuareg. Barkbusters, Flip out mirrors, heated grips, quickshifter, Garmin GPS and mount, all get a solid tick.

Great to see you back on the bike 🎉 I. I had my first ride today , after 3 months recovery from a busted in 4 places shoulder !! The best rehab is getting back on our bikes in the bush 👍😁

Awesome Wayne! Glad to see you back in the saddle. I needed heated grips for about 20mins today here in QLD :) :) :P Shame MotoPumps don't ship overseas anymore as I was keen on their Norden GPS mount. Costs far too much using an agent just for a GPS mount.

Oh they don't do overseas anymore? I think I had to go via their ebay store from memory? Have you trued that?

FYI- Pyramid makes a beak for these bikes now but the way it attaches is cheap & wobbly.

The mirrors are 'ROTTWEILER PERFORMANCE QUICK FLIP MIRRORS & MOUNTS (ARROW COMPLETE KIT)' if anyone wants to know :) They look great as I'm looking at options for the buffeting on the Norden...it's a shocker!

I have seen it yes. I've also seen reviews of it that weren't particularly flattering.

@@Vicko026 thanks! Are you still enjoying the Tuareg? I am in Italy at the moment and have gotten to know the Tuareg really well. When I get back home to California I am thinking of buying it. It’s reasonably new, so I am not so sure about reliability. You’ve put it through some hard testing. Mechanically speaking, what are your thoughts about it? Should I just buy a Teneré or the Tuareg?
