Hear me out as this might just sound like putting irrelevant pieces together like a mad man. Ever since they've announced their reunion they've used V in place for U, they have 4 official studio albums (I'm counting out conventional weapons). V in roman numerals is the number 5, i believe they're slowly teasing a new album and tomorrow might be a release of a new single with these weird videos being the music video. What ever it is im fucking excited!

I only got into MCR last year, I was in love with someone who was in hospital after brain surgery. The Light Behind Your Eyes helped get me through that time. I always felt so sad but strangely comforted listening to The Kids From Yesterday, so disappointed that I missed out when MCR was still around. Now it feels even weirder listening to it coz now they really are from yesterday, something lost to the past, but now they're back. It's a very strange time ^_^

Well, they’ve said it themselves multiple fucking times throughout their damn career. Shit, the last album they released, Danger Days, was probably the furthest thing from emo I could imagine while still being punk. I just get kinda annoyed seeing so many people still associate then with emo when most of the big bands that were called emo were more pop punk than anything (and I say this while still considering MCR as the heaviest of the big 3 “emo” bands).

Nah, If that were the case the one on the far left would've been Danger Days, and I'm pretty sure that one is May Death Never Stop You, which would also make sense, since they're apparently summoning My Chem from the dead, so a 5th album wouldn't've been released.

The hashtag they used for this video was #MCRXX ... I think the double X was used as a placeholder for the last two digits of a year. Frank just posted about the last show of the tour with the hashtag #MCR23. I think we're getting an album and/or a tour to go with it. 🤞
Even if this doesn't mean what I think it means, I can't thank the guys of MCR enough for coming back. I'm going through a period of pretty bad depression at the moment. Depression I thought I had overcome. MCR saved me when I was 14 and feeling this way, and MCR has saved me again now. You will forever and always be a band I can return to to make me feel as though I am going to be okay, and I can never express my gratitude in that regard. Thank you, thank you, thank you. All of you, thank you. You have saved me, time and time again.
