dude, this is probably one of the most well-written comedy bits I have ever seen. What a masterclass in comedic writing, use of audience and setting. I don't know if you'll ever get the recognition you deserve, but this absolutely is among the greats.

I am sort of new to Steve's comedy... I've been following him for about a year and a half. That being said I've listened and watched almost everything he's uploaded on RU-vid and this is not just his best stand-up special but one of the best specials I've ever heard. Long time fan here, had to take a moment to pause and let you know how much I love you and your comedy. The story at the beginning about seeing someone else grow before you was really beautiful. The fact that you share such deep, personal moments is one of the things that makes your comedy so compelling!

Not only was this great, it's so much fun watching specific people in the audience laugh.

I have friends and loved ones who are trans. (And it shouldn't, and didn't, take that for me to care about trans people. But there are people who I care about who are terrified, and need people to stand up for them.) Thank you for this, Steve.

I just found this comedian and I am really glad I did. Steve is hilarious!!

Easily one of the best comedy specials I have seen recently! It is so unique to see a comedy special that is truly thought-provoking, honest and impactful whilst still being funny. Steve, I admire your stage presence and ability to make jokes about personal beliefs, yet somehow makes me feel comfortable voicing my views even if they are opposing. It is refreshing to find a public figure who shares my stance that you can have differing opinions, and still be respectful of one another. For example, if asked, I would advise against having surgery that would dramatically remove a future life path unless necessary, such as removing reproductive organs and eliminating the possibility of reproducing, until your brain (particularly the frontal lobe) is fully developed, +-26 years old, but ultimately, that would only be my advice, and to be quite honest, as long as you are not harming others, I don't really care what you do with your body.

There are some short privileges. When i last bought a pedal bike, it was about 40% of the cost of the adult bike of the exact same one.

I got to see some of this live in Edmonton and it is still funny again. I think it is funnier in this special. Thanks for the laughs.

That final callback is one of the best callbacks in comedy history.

Steve, this was awesome! (No surprise there!) Sometimes, I watch your stuff and just let the jokes roll over me. Other times, I find myself getting caught up in the craft of building a series of jokes into a bit, and then bit after bit into an entire show. More and more, I'm enjoying seeing how you create a show, how what seems like stream of consciousness is really all completely designed. And I love it! It's kinda lame to announce that you "get" another person - far better when they say that you get them - but I feel like I really get your humor and your thought process in general. It's a pleasure to see you work! It really is!

Adding to the trans rights comment, recent studies published to the National Library of Medicine actually show that the rate of people unsatisfied with their transition and/or detransitioners is close to 0.1% and in the cases studied, the majority of them were due to outside factors like social acceptance!
