The entire conversation with that officer that pulled you over after the murder is pure genius. To be able to be funny under stress is a skill I think far more people need to have.

I think the reason I like this so much is you always reference or go back to a previous joke. The transitions are wonderful.

This is one of the only comedy specials I've watched like 8-9 times and even though I can basically tell when each joke is coming and what he's going to say, I never get tired of it. It's a goddamn timeless classic, Steve's hilarious.

this is still my favorite Steve Hofstetter special. it's got so many iconic bits! the lady at the airport, the Russian nesting doll of irresponsibility, Officer Alvarez, "I like peanut butter, do you swim?" The list goes on! but i think the main reason this one is my favorite is because the voices and the gestures just make certain jokes so much funnier! he does voices and gestures in other shows, but for some reason i just think the combination is absolute perfection in _this_ show 😂

Mr. Hofstetter , I have just discovered you on You Tube, and I felt the need ( & have no idea why ) to convey that, you Sir, ( in my opinion ) are a genius in creating the Heckler tapes. I can not remember ANYONE doing this before and I'm 63 and have been paying somewhat attention to the comedy field. I am VERY glad I found your channel.

Here's something unusual in this day and age: I don't agree with all of Steve's takes and personal views expressed in this show. I do agree with some. Yet I still LOVED his show, and other bits he has done. I thumbs upped this video, and truly enjoyed watching it. I don't hate him or think he should be censored or banned. Different people have different views, it doesn't mean you have to hate them. We should all be glad be people are different... it staves off boredom and staleness. Awesome job Steve, I always find you entertaining and you make me laugh.

Fun fact: the Leviticus thing was originally a statement against pedophelia, as at the time Greek and Roman men often kept young boys as sex slaves, hence the specific wording of "man with boy," not "man with man." Loved the special, have a great day!!!

I’m about 7 minutes into the video. So I finally got the answer when I asked a couple months ago, if you were the murderer at the hotel. Apparently, running fast away from the hotel wasn’t suspicious enough for the police. You lucky man steve. So far brilliant video :)

I may not agree with you entirely on your political beliefs, but that aside, because it's not entirely relevant. You are the epitome of the type of comedic writer and performer that I enjoy more than most of the types of comedians. I love how you combine rapid punchlines and story telling punchlines and hooks into how you do what you do. I'm gonna have to check to see if you come to the Pittsburgh PA areas any time soon

"When your dog acts weird/pully bans" *memories come rushing back* My Pitt/shepherd is trained to get me out of situations with random people on the street (I've had lots of issues with aggresive people while out)after a Discreet hand command from me, she'd normally just pull or act obnoxious so I could excuse myself and get away. This one guy comes up and starts asking weird questions. "Is that cane (I have a hip problem and use a cane)for show, or can you actuallyrun?" Does your dog stay inside or outside?" Almost Immediately she starts growling and is super upset, ive had her for 8 years at this point and had never seen her growl. I Had not given her the command yet,but she was doing everything that she was trained to do to it excused me from the situation. Unfortunately he caught me as I was walking into my yard...After that I had a peeping Tom for nearly 3 months. The first I noticed it, was around 2 a.m. and I was vacuuming (insomnia) and I saw a camera Flash in my window and heard "OH SHIT" and the sound of running. After that all my animals got weird late at night around windows. Finally I got sick of it, I saw him in the window , let the dog out and went out with a baseball bat screaming and swearing, I had already told the Neighbors what was going on, they had guns and were willing to protect me. My dog ran to the edge of the property so I figured the guy got away. Turns out he hid in my Van. Once everything calmed down and I got back in bed, I heard my van door shut next to my bedroom window. I have never seen my dog so vicious, she launched at the window attacking growling and spitting. A couple Months later I see on the news that the same man is charged with human trafficking and had a younger teenager locked in his basement, They found enough evidence in his home and on snapchat to put him in for life. Bully bans are Ridiculous. There was a time in our past that we went homeless because we couldn't find a rental agreement that would accept her, but we werent willing to loose her or make her be an "outdoor dog" When we finally did (the home prior to the peeping tom)we ended up paying over $3500 for "dog rent" in our few years there. (But also my smart dog) The winter after the peeping tom event, we had a house fire. My neighbors who have fully admitted my "pitbull is the only pitbull we trust" Call the emergency services and warn them about a pit bull being inside, Emergency units force open my front door, my dog runs out And runs down the road. My neighbors yell that they have treats, and my dog literally runs back into a burning house... because she thinks there will be treats... I cant. I will protect this dog with my life.
