I love your meal prep videos. One way I like my tuna is to add light mayo and dill relish for a quick tuna salad. Thank you so much for the info about the HydroJug. I went to their site and ordered one for myself, one for my mom and one for my dad. All three of us need to drink more water and these jugs will definitely help with that.

Going to the gym or exercising in the Early am is the best. I start around 415 or 430. Yes! to the protein especially on 🦵🏾 days. You’re doing so good on your healthy life style journey and your new RU-vid journey.

I love going first thing in the morning, it gives me so much energy throughout the day! I'm definitely trying to up my protein intake, it's been helping a lot with my muscle recovery. Thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement, I am so appreciative of you and your support ❤

It’s not but I’m glad it’s a good match to my natural curl pattern! It’s a half wig, the top half of my hair is real but the inches are all credited to the unit. It’s the outre penny 26 half wig, I love it!

You should try egg muffins. Put 1 egg in each muffin hole and add your veggies put it in the oven and boom breakfast meal prep done. That's my go to.
