Your videos are so inspiring. Not a vegan or vegetarian but your recipes look amazing and I’m interested in dipping my toes in some of your recipes and see how it goes! Keep up the content.
I’m new to your channel I love love your recipes they look so good. I’m currently on a fast so I was looking for recipes to make without meat. Once I started watching you make your recipes I’m like I think I can make the transition to a plant based lifestyle. You are totally an inspiration to me to moving forward into a plant based lifestyle so thank you 😊
You are so inspiring!! I love your content! I’m on my plant based + weight loss journey and working on consistency after a detox. Still newer to plant based! Any tips on maintaining your weight with such healthy and hearty dishes? ❤😊
Another awesome what beautiful Shakayla ate in a week and food prep video and those video's are inspirational. Always enjoy watching Shakayla's video's. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 Shakayla.
Being in the kitchen is a whole energy shift, i get back to flashbacks of being a line cook...CORNER...HEARD. all sweaty and in fight or flight. Timing is everything lol
Thank you so much for sharing your ideas. They have helped my vegan journey TREMENDOUSLY. I absolutely love your vlogs and have binge watched your vids over the past 2 weeks and tried ALOT of your recipes. I have a slice of sourdough with cream cheese, fresh strawberries & basil almost every day and I drizzle mine with date syrup OMG can we say addicted. I tell everyone about your channel I'm hoping you get over 100,000 subs soon!
Absolutely love your channel, love how you make meal prep/planning look easy. I'm understanding how important this is in order to stay on course & focused. Thank you 😊
Mate im from Australia & ive enjoyed your videos for years. And like you, im also a lover of edamame but i prefer to buy my frozen edamame shelled! So much easier to just boil up for a few minutes then strain & chuck onto my rice bowl! Without having to shell each one! But im wondering... can u tell me please...when popping the shelled edamame into that spicy sauce...does it actually coat the inner soybeans in sauce? like does the flavour of the sauce get through? For a second it looked like u were going to eat the entire thing..shell and all? i think itd probaby be too chewy for me to do so, but i wonder if anyone out there, actually eats shell and all?
No, you shouldnt eat the outside, only the bean. The sauce does seep through the shell of the edamame which is great. I've tried it both ways and I keep going back to the way I did in this video
Im new to your channel.. maybe a week in and I'm learning so much. These videos are extremely helpful. Can you explain what you are doing with the matcha (not sure of spelling)
Hi!! Thanks for being here. So because its a powder, I sift it through a mesh strainer to get the clumps out. Then you have to add hot water to it and mix it with a whisk. I like to add a sweetener to the milk or the matcha when I combine them
Have you tried silken tofu for your tofu scramble? Freeze the silken tofu, defrost, then squeeze out excess water. Add a little cashew cream, turmeric, and what other seasonings you want. One time, I added some nutritional yeast and vegan cheese to my cashew cream. I blended that up and then added to the tofu scramble. The texture of it looks like scramble eggs. I added the black salt at the end.
Soup looks really good. May have to try it. So did the pasta. 🙂 Peanut butter banana toast sounds yummy. You'd be surprised how much protein you can get in a big plate of Plant Based foods. I've done that before and was shocked. I would put Hemp seeds on that toast too. 😁 I made chili mac tonight. Plant based. Almost two bowls later. 😁Was really good. It made me feel good too. Quesadilla looked yummy too.
