Love your videos! Definitely an inspiration while I'm starting this journey to eat fully plant-based. I have had some hippcups this past week but I'm learning it's normal as long as I progress forward with a positive mindset I'll get to fully plant-based.

You are a sweet couple 🥰❤️ Yes, try sourdough again! I gave it a go in March and I had better success with a starter made with Bob’s Red Mill Dark Rye flour than wheat flour. I’ve baked three loaves now though they don’t have the lovely height like the storebought loaf you showed… but I am determined to keep trying! 😅

This is great ! I would love to see a weekly grocery shopping haul from you … I love these recipes but I feel like every time I see a new recipe I would need to go to the grocery store, and obviously that’s not always realistic . So I would just love to see like a vegan shopping “must haves “ video

Shakayla, I tried so many times to make my own starter and bread and it was like a brick. Finally I got a starter from someone who had a very old starter- (he had ordered it online and it was supposed to be from a 90 something year old starter) - anway, that starter did what mine never did - bubble over and make delicious bread! I would suggest you order one from King Arthur or if someone you know can give you some. Even Whole Foods may give you a little - all you need is like a table spoon or so to grow your own. Good luck! I guess one of the next recipes for you to create will be a high protein bagel. There are several recipes for that floating around, and I haven’t tried all of them, but can’t say they I’ve had overwhelming success. I feel like if you created such a recipe that it would be one that I could trust. I appreciate your videos and your channel.
I just discovered your channel and it all looks SUPER yummy. Sounds like those butter beans are going to be the first one I try !! That dish will be a real stretch for me-- I have ADHD & cooking elaborate meals (to me the meals you make are elaborate in terms of effort) isn't something I normally do. I wonder if you could put your mind to fewer ingredient meals that would be even easier to prepare? That may be too much to ask I know, but you seem so talented I thought maybe... thank you!

Once you get that starter for sourdough, you will be making it all the time. I think my starter might be 5 years old or a little more. I keep it in the fridge so I won't have to feed it all the time if it is on the counter. I started saving the discard in the fridge, too, so I can make recipes with the discard. I started looking for recipes that don't require making a big loaf of sourdough bread because I don't want mine to go bad. Sometimes , I freeze it so it won't go bad. Can't wait to see you get started on your sourdough journey.
What other water do you drink besides "Aquafina"? I like the convenience of grabbing a bottle of water when I am out, but the plastic particles make me want another healthy alternative for fresh water on the go. Thanks...
Hi. Check out Hopewell Heights for your sourdough starter. She explains it amazingly. My 17 yr old son and I followed what she said to do with great success. And of course, much love and appreciation of and for you
