I decided to use my two favorite Pitmaster's rubs to do a fun comparison! I used Meat Church's (Matt Pittman) Holy Voodoo, and Killer Hogs (Malcom Reed) Hot BBQ Rub. Overall, these are some of my absolute favorite all time rubs that you can use on so many different types of meat. I used my Dad's pit today, which I never cook on so this should be interesting! I definitely recommend both of their products to anyone looking to step their BBQ game up!
