Thanks for another awesome recipe! My kids are 12, 7 & 3. They now want to eat vegan all the time. 😂 We just started to make homemade pasta. Do you have an idea for a vegan ravioli filling?
Love how supportive you are of your kids' choices!! :) If you put tofu in your food processor with a little oil, salt, lemon juice and nutritional yeast you can mimic ricotta which is lovely as a pasta filling mixed with sautéed spinach and garlic! Also at this time of the year I love roasted pumpkin or squash fillings. :)
