damn, i guess its a goodbye to the series. i still remember times when i used to play Allied Assault non-stop. And when this game came, it blew my mind. This game had a wonderful storyline (it wasnt strong really, it just was an intense, simple and yet at sometimes heartwarming, by that, i mean the dialogues with Frank and the others, and storyline implied that you are not a hero, you are just an ordinary soldier with a duty to fulfill and a country to protect, this made it more reallistic, even objectives of the game weren't implying that you are a one man army, unlike cod series.), good gameplay and ost (oh god, this ost is amazing). With modern shooters coming out, moh is dying. Airborne was a last good game in the series (not as good as this though). I hope EA realizes this, and if they do, they wont regret it.
Makes you feel like you're really there. The dialogue, the storyline, It just made you feel like you are in the pacific doing you're duty as a marine. Of course, games can only go so far, you never know what it really feels like until you've been there. God bless the people that went over there and did what we didn't have to do.
AlterSilvis I finished this game on summer.. it was so nice to play.. If u play on summer you kinda get that feeling like you are right there.. Same thing just like Eddyisrich403.. I love this game so much.. Have to play it again :(
Only game theme song ever to make me cry 90% of the time I hear it I grew up as a military and history nut and always researched and tried to understand the personal feelings and experiences of soldiers aside from technology, weapons and so on...I also just liked feeling like a soldier serving his country when I ran around with toy guns in the backyard as a small child...and this song just perfectly summarizes what war is like and what its features are...bravery,heroism,loss,violence,friendship,duty...It's all in there in this song.
Back in 2005 I was a 15 years old Japanese middle high school student. Playing games from overseas wasn’t major for my age. I still love 2000’s PC game. Those games are special.
I am from Ukraine... And I remember my childhood (7,8 or 9 years)... 2007-09 ....Oh my God, this game is amazing... Every level is interesting, my favorite stage , is Jungle... This music give me nostalgie :(( Thank's for best game in my life...
Jimmy could ya some heeeeeeelp I'm hiiiiiiit Stay with me marine This is the last one Watch out Here they cooooooome Open fiiiiiiire Boomer get dooooooown ..... I really miss MOH PA
@@gahler8552 Oooh~ So edgy and intimidating... I don't want to start an argument with a brick wall. So I'm just going to end it there. Have a nice day! *Cheers!*
This was the one of the first games i played and its still my favorite out of the entire series. I played pacific assault non stop. I also played allied assault and to this day I have every game in the series. It took me forever to get them all but i did it
This was also one of my first games I used to play this when I was 10-11 and now I'm 22 and this hits hard as f.... My childhood and my days after from the school...
Back then when i got home and installed this game while hearing this masterpiece. The hot summer with wind blowing thru the windows. And of course my crappy PC. The game took like forever to install. And then load. 512Mb of RAM was a must!! Not a single summer has passed since 2005 without me thinking at this amazing song and Medal of Honor Pacific Assault. ❤️
We never had a fine pacific theater story based like this one... This game had both tactical squad based gameplay and also Story of those characters I remember my childhood trying to save them when They down for the medic
This game was my whole childhood, A few days ago I found the Physical Copy of this game from way back in the day. I downloaded the game and had fun just like the old times, This reminds of so much,
personally I kinda like this game more that Call Of Duty because MOH is more "realistic" than cod because when you shoot your screen shakes and you hear the rounds moving thogh the air anyway Great Song!!!!!!!
I love the Battlefeild themes because of their epicness and they have a nice beat. But then I heard this. I love this because it isn't an intense battle happening, but its like the battle has ended and we are remembering the soldiers who lost their lives. Love this song!
I always thought that games that portray World War II, especially FPS, do not focus on the war of the Pacific. this game is one of the only ones that i can remember, which portrays what a marine life was like in the greatest battles of the pacific, and it is also very disheartening that a second world war theater that had battles as decisive as some battles in europe or in africa, do not be portrayed how important it was for the course of the war
Still this music gives goosebumps. Still try to remember how difficult everything was back then. All men women children dying because of no food, money, people fighting with each other with firepower. RIP to all who sacrificed in that time
+Frank Hu try to click right mouse on mopa.exe and choose "properties" and choose tab "compatibility" and tick on a box and choose run this program compatility mode for "window xp service pack 3" and tick in box "run as administer" in bottom. I hope you can play it.
War may be terrible and a video game may not be the right way to tell the story of those who fought and died in the Pacific theater but this score gives a grand welcome to those who sacrificed against all odds. I can appreciate that.
There are so many shooters out there in the old days and modern days, but none of it have a story like Medal Of Honor Pacific Assault,I respect whom say otherwise, but this game is absolutely special, considered by many as the best Medal Of Honor game ever made till this day and I agree.
MAN...THERE ARE SO MANY MEMORIES....IN THIS SONG....THIS IS THE FIRST GAME I VE EVER PLAYED...WHEN I WAS 5......THE FIRST GAME..THAT OPENED MY HORIZON TO THE MEDAL OF HONOR FRANCHISE
Bring back memory when I used to play Medal of honor Allied assault and Medal of honor Pacific Assault back then ..look like I'm wanna play it again 😭😭😭
One of my favorites. I used to let the theme play while hearing the radio broadcasts in the main menu. Even cooler with the sound of the planes flying overhead. Actually, if someone could get all the radio broadcasts loaded up in the main menu that would be awesome!
Best story and gameplay I am looking every now and then if anybody will do a remake of this game like comon it would be a fucking hit playing this in 4k
Well, I see that many of the comments posted has been criticizing the current Medal of Honor Series like Medal of Honor 2010 and Warfighter. Yes, EA has failed to deliver quality Medal of Honor games especially Strong and Compelling Single player Campaigns but I also agree that the World War 2 genre days have ended. We no longer fight with M1 Garand and Blow Tiger Tanks with a Bazooka. I would like a Medal of Honor Game set in a Science Fiction Genre where a current US Army/Marine or any Special Force Guy with Modern Weapons (E.g. MP5 Submachine gun) is sent back in WW2 to fight Nazis or Japs.
Dakotah Hutchinson I disagree. call of duty ww2 puts you in shoes of the Same American G.I. fighting Same battle in a Different location. a sci-fi touch would be appealing.
R.I.P to those who made the ultimate sacrifice. We may grow old but they shel not. Rest the dreams of victors and hero's. And may God in his almighty wisdom keep you safe and away from harm. "And has he approached the gate of heaven, st Paul asked, "who comes now?" The man replied "just me sir, one more soldier reporting in, I have served my time in hell"
